I love this place so much! It’s a hidden gem! I get lots of gifts here! I love the huge selection of Pandora, Alex and Ani, Yankee Candles, and Vera Bradley. I like that they offer to gift wrap the Pandora charms and Alex and Ani bracelets. Great place! Everyone is so helpful and very knowledgeable.

This store is adorable and pleasant to shop in. It is especially perfect when you need a gift for a woman — not too many things for men. Great for birthdays, weddings, showers, just because. It is also great to pick up something for yourself! Great pandora, alex and ani, vera bradley stuff, high end yet well priced clothes, trinkets and baubles. It is super easy to get to, easy to park, and everyone that works there is so nice and helpful and never ever pushy. Sometimes I just go in to look and that is no problem at all. They are terrific! Even men can shop here because it is so easy (ha ha). It actually is the perfect place for the non-​shopper guy to get his wife/​mom/​girlfriend the perfect gift!

This place has a great variety of gifts for your mom, grandma, aunt, sister, etc, and keeps up with what the latest thing is, from pandora to vera bradley to Alex and ani. They tend to get really busy right before holidays, but they have plenty of staff and do a good job making checkout as quick and efficient as possible. My favorite thing about this place is they gift wrap your purchase for free, and in really attractive bags with tissue. This is an awesome service that you just don’t find at any chain, and quite convenient if you happen to be a last minute gift buyer on the way to give the gift right after it’s bought (not that I know anything about that…). I do wish that they would have slightly extended hours on weekends of holidays (being open to six or seven the day before a major gift giving holiday would be great!!).

Very cute gift shop with Vera Bradley, Pandora and Alex and Ani… But beware that they DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS! I purchased something as a potential Christmas gift that I ended up not giving. I went back to return it with the original receipt within 30 days for a refund and was told I could only get store credit! I don’t understand why a business would do this! I shouldn’t be forced to spend my money there if I don’t want to. There was a small typed paper sign posted at the register but I did not see it when I purchased the item, nor was I told about the policy, or I would not have purchased the item. This definitely makes me rethink shopping there in the future, which is too bad because I really did like this store.

Don’t judge this place based on the questionable shopping center it sits in– With Heat and Soul is a gem! Any gift you need, or shopping for yourself they have it; Pandora, Vera Bradley, an amazing Alex and Ani display and much, much more! The owners are a great couple, very nice and helpful as well as the rest of the staff! I love this place and always think of it when I need a gift and/​or a cute card… Or myself

With Heart & Soul is adorable! I stopped in for Pandora beads and was excited to see the large selection of Vera Bradley products.
The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable.
They have product launches from time to time that are very enjoyable.
Perfect place to shop for gifts. Do not be scared off by the baron strip mall the store is in. With Heart & Soul is truly a diamond in the rough!
