The food here is excellent I had the ceaser salad pizza, it was delicious! However the service was awful they had one girl working at lunch time on a friday taking orders, answering phones, getting orders ready for pick up, and bringing the food out to the tables. I felt bad for her. Only after I waited in line for almost 15 mins to pick up my food that was sitting there getting cold, the owner then came out to answer the phone with 10 customers waiting on hold

Just finished up eating a toasted Italian grinder here, plate still in front of me. The bread was excellent, it had large tomatoe and onion pieces with lettuce cold cuts and baslimic dressing. The combo with chips and a drink ran about 12 change. I will be back to try other items on the menu.

I’ve only personally gotten takeout from here once and it was delicious. My company, however, frequents this place for catering our events, and the people who work there are super nice. The food is always a big hit no matter what type we end up ordering. Even just based on picking up food once myself, I can say it was a very pleasant interaction from beginning to end. I initially visited because I received a gift card during a work raffle, but will definitely be coming back based on that great experience.

Very, very good. Ever want a sandwich, wrap, or panini I would recommend coming here. Also have very good pastas, soups, salads, and pizza. Blows Panera Bread out of the water

First time trying this place. The Italian grinder was a little bit soggy and doused in dressing. Not the best grinder I’ve ever had.

This is our go to place to order out. The food is great and service is good. I usually get the chicken parm dinner and it is always delicious! My whole family likes it!

I eat there at least once per week. The food is always excellent and menu is huge. They even delivery which makes things so simple. I have also used them to cater events and to send food to clients. The food and display they create are quite impressive. You will not be disappointed.

Had the roast beef it good. Waiting was an issue. But it was clean and the people are friendly.

I love Pamfilio’s! Their Fire-​Grilled Pizzas are amazing (in my humble opinion, far superior to the other well-​know place on Atwells Ave & North Smithfield!). The Spinach, Feta & Mushroom Pizza is my favorite with delicious flavors or olive oil and garlic throughout. I have also had their panini options a few time and any combination of chicken, fresh mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and balsamic is always a winner. I can’t wait to go back and try more menu items!

Excellent sandwich shop with other assorted Italian goodies you can bring home. So far I have tried:
*Super Italian
Prosciutto, capicola, pepperoni, salami, provolone, marinated roasted red peppers and all the fixins’!
*Federal Hill
Fresh, sautéed rabe, grilled boneless chicken, provolone cheese and garlic infused oil.
Both sandwiches tasted fresh, full of flavor, and had everything you want from an Italian deli. My only critique would be for the Federal Hill Sandwich, switching to a heartier bread with a hard crusty outside might translate better overall (my godmother makes the same sandwich only with chicken cutlets instead of grilled chicken and uses a nice Tuscan style roll with hearty crust to it).
I’m excited to try more of the menu!

Overwhelmingly good selection of lunch sandwiches, side dishes, pizza and more. Portions are very large and prices are pretty reasonable. I enjoyed a ½ sandwich and pasta salad that looked especially uninviting however was a delightful party of flavors! I’ll be back

Pretty good food and quick service, just feel it was a little pricey. My husband used to frequent here when he worked in the area so we stopped by for a quick late lunch. I ordered the cape codder wrap and a side of the pasta with broccoli and my husband ordered the chicken and ranch wrap. I absolutely love chicken salad and was not at all disappointed with this wrap. The chicken salad was shredded chicken, not chunky, with just the right amount of mayo… exactly the way I like it. I really love Italian delis because I like the assortment of pasta salads and sides they typically offer and one of my favorites is pasta and broccoli! They do a very nice job here with this salad. The pasta and broccoli were cooked perfectly and the flavors of the dish — garlic, cheese, oil crushed red pepper– held the dish together nicely. Please note that, to me, the dish was very garlicky, however I enjoyed it as I am a garlic lover. If garlic isn’t your thing, I wouldn’t get the dish.
Is certainly come back here since the food is good. The only reason for the 4 stars vs a higher rating is due to the prices.

One star too much. The food and service was absolutely horrible. The meat was «sweaty» and disgusting on my sandwich. The people behind the counter were engaged in a conversation that was more important than my order or existence. Never again.

Good Not Great
I like whole idea here. Family business trying to do fresh food right. For the most part they are doing a good job. I went in for a sandwich the other day and this is where it feels a little weird.
The place is in a strip mall and looks like it should just be an Italian deli. However, when you go in they have it setup as a sit down restaurant with a small area in the front to order a sandwich or salad.
I did a simple test and ordered an Italian grinder. The staple of any Italian Deli. The sandwich was pretty good but it lacked filling and seasoning. The sandwich was a 6 out of 10.
I see a lot a good reviews so I’ll try this place again maybe sit down next time. Trying to support local small businesses.

Delicious food each and every time. Determined to go through everything on the menu at least once.

Had the best Caprese Panini at this Italian deli. Will definitely be back to try the pasta. Super friendly staff!!!

Tried the dinner service for the first time last night. Nice décor, great server. But we won’t be going back for dinner again because:
1. Fried calamari had a thick breading that had a buttermilk tang and was topped with peppers that were sweet — as in sweet pickles sweet. I did not care for the flavor combo.
2. My salmon entrée was topped with a lemon/​thyme sauce and — weirdly — sweet sautéed onions and sweet glazed carrot shavings. Unexpected sweetness was off putting. Served atop risotto that was unevenly cooked. Not a lot of texture contrast in this meal.
3. Chicken in husband’s cacciatore was on the dry side. Husband said sauce could have used a little kick. Entrée was served with «smashed» potatoes that had a texture of small diced potatoes cooked risotto-​style.
4. They were out of Pinot noir.
Portions were generous. Olive oil dip for bread had a nice tapenade stirred in. But for the same price we know where we can get a better meal.

Ok… This was just SOOO Surprising with the flavors! This food was flat out the BEST pork chop that I have ever had. The wife had chicken parm and that also was also just unreal…
For Dinner the cost was a little high but the flavor was SO worth this!

I have come here multiple times over the past few years and the food is always excellent. I love that they have healthy options like salad, soup, and wraps. It is not your typical «Italian deli». Each option has wonderful flavors and ingredients, and everything seems to be made from scratch. There is not one specific thing on the menu that I could suggest… try it all and you won’t be disappointed!
My only complaint is the slow waitstaff. I’ve waited 10 minutes, after receiving my salad, to get my dressing. I’ve waited over 20 minutes to cash out. I feel I need to mention that all of these times there has been only 2 other customers in the building. It seems to me that they hire very inexperienced waitstaff that simply don’t know how to multitask and that they could use some additional training.
