I love BJ’s Restaurant, both by Cupertino and Coleman. First, they have my favorite beer on tap, Guinness. Any bartender that can pour a nice pint of Guinness for me deserves props and good tip! I know lots of people do not like the quality of food that they serve there, but I think it is pretty good. We. Perhaps the fact that I love to eat might be biased, but I do think the food there is pretty decent. And besides, they have tons of food selections, so my suggestion is to try other things when you’re there! Maybe it is a hit or miss… who knows right!?! The place is definitely nice and clean. The bar area is the place I tend to hang out at since it has the biggest TV and I love sports! So beer, good food, and nice TV… and I am set! My suggestion to anyone is: go, have fun, enjoy the beer and the food… then you do your own review! Experience: a pint of Guinness, nachos with guacamole, and some sports!

My parents suggested dinner at BJ’s actually! They said their friends had been talking about the beer flights and wanted to go and order a flight. Uh yea, I’m in. Last time I was here, I was still underage. Beer flights are the way to go if you’ve never had any of their brews. It is also cheaper to order a set of four 5 oz flights than it is to order a single sample, so indulge! We ordered a dark stout for me, a hard cider for mom, and a couple lighter brews for dad. I think everyone enjoyed their own respective drinks. However, I’m not a huge fan of their menu. There’s just no way the food can be good if there are so many different options. How am I to know that the one thing I’m ordering off the menu hasn’t been sitting in the back of the freezer, forgotten for months?! We ended up ordering a burger, jambalaya(I know, what?!), and chicken pita tacos(off the enLighten menu, lulz). Of the three, I was least impressed by the burger. It was so bland and so boring. The thick cut fries were delicious though! My dad couldn’t stop sneaking his hand over to my plate! The jambalaya was surprisingly good. The portions are generous and it makes for a really hearty meal. I thought it was unnecessarily spicy though! I’ve had great jambalayas in the past, and none were quite as spicy as BJ’s! The chicken pita tacos were really tasty as well. The chicken was cooked just right — not too dry, which was what I was worried about. Although there are only two tacos, they are quite substantial(read: stuffed to the brim with filling) and they also come with a little bowl of quinoa salad which is a nice touch! BJ’s is not a restaurant I’d frequent, but it does its job.

Not sure why this place have such a low ratings. It’s great for food and drinks, even if you eat at odd times. It is open until 1am on weekends. The drinks are about reg price as any nice bars around this area. They do have a lot of variety of drinks to choose from like cocktails, smoothies, etc. I do love their food. Happy hour gets nice discounts on appetizers. Here are some of my fav: Lemon pepper chicken: very decent amount given. Nice and tender. Love the spices. Comes with ranch and celery sticks. Jambalaya: my fav dish to get here. Maybe I’ve never had it in Louisiana, but I think it’s very tasty. They also give you a great amount of chicken, shrimp and sausages on top. Spaghetti: my friend got this last time and it was really good! Very homey. Some other good things are calamari, avocado eggrolls(although I think it’s too rich after one) and the chicken fingers with fries. It also help that it is right across from work. And we get 10% discount on food here. But definitely a go to spot when I can’t decide what I want specifically. Their menu is huge.

Space for 24 dudes at one long table, check. Dinner buffet with salad, pizza and pasta, check. The salad consisted of 93% lettuce and 7% dressing, and the pasta was noodles with some basic sauce. Dudes have cooked better even during our bachelor years. The pizza was not overly greasy, but there was a lot of cheese and the dough was soft, not crispy, so it was best eaten with a fork. Definitely middle of the road as far as pizza goes. The highlight of the meal was the two large pizookies that we ordered. This is a giant cookie the size of a pizza with ice cream on top. Save room for this! Service was a little slow at refilling pizzas during our meal, but when we had finished eating, two new pizzas had made their way over. $ 23 per person after tax and tip seemed a little pricey for the overall quality of the food, but at least everybody got to take home a couple slices of pizza. Verdict: this place may be ok for hanging out with your bros. For a date night, not so much.

The waitress was rude, almost sending us home even before I order the dessert. When I asked about the desert, she doesn’t even brought the menu to choose. Bad attendant. I don’t know if the problem is with her today or if it is every day like this. I’ve been in others BJs and never been served in this way. But the food is good

I don’t know how this happened, but I ended up at BJ’s THREETIMESINONEWEEK. And every single time I went, we ordered a pizookie… delicious chocolate pizookie once, and mouth watering peanut butter s’more pizookie twice. Was it worth it? YESEVERYBITEWASWORTHIT. Also, their drink selection is large and delicious! If you go in a big group, I would definitely recommend the Best Beginnings Appetizer. You get a lot of different appetizers for a decent price. Other delicious appetizers are the calamari, mozzarella sticks, chicken wings, and the new brussels sprouts. I love the large portioned pastas but the deep dish pizza wasn’t really for me because it tasted dry and bland.
