Lisa Goulet – Mah Coldwell Banker

I hired Lisa to help me sell my property and needless to say I wasn’t happy based on my one star review. After the property being on the market and getting no offers in a hot market I requested that she drop the price and I was told in writing that the price had been dropped, well it never was. After a number of frustrating issues with Lisa I contacted her manager and requested a change of realtors which was denied. In fact it wasn’t until I requested that my listing be cancelled that her manager Nina offered to change realtors for me. At this point I’m probably going to be stuck waiting out the contract because of the vindictive nature of this agent — someone doesn’t want to work with you so do the right thing and let them move on.
Anyways if you are remotely considering hiring Lisa send me a message and I will go on in more detail. At the end of the day there are realtors who want your business and will work very hard for you, unfortunately Lisa is not one of them.
