I would not recommend this office, very poor service especially Amir S.

We just purchased our first home with Kelly Chai as our agent and are very pleased! She helped us get a price well below asking in an area that has been resistant to the market dip. She had a good strategy when it came to making the bid.
She was very thorough during the walk through and was present at every point of the process.
I felt sorry for the seller’s agent because he was never around. Amazingly I never even got to meet him. He was always on vacation it seems.
Kelly helped protect us by putting our requests and agreements with the sellers in writing. This proved to be critical later when the seller tried to back out of something they had promised.
Kelly’s experience and expertise was definitely appreciated in purchasing our new home and we were grateful to have her on our side.
