Ordered 2 salads, and they were terrible. We were half finished with the visit to Panera when the GM came over and offered to replace one of the salads. We declined. Students sit in booths for very long periods of time, ordering no food and taking up space for«real customers». 8 customers(of same nationality) take up the main table at the entrance, drinking coffee refill after refill, while having an hour-long conversation about the«old country», Too many vagrants. Low quality food. Panera needs to take their salads off the menu. The place was clean. Just too many vagrants and low quality food.

This was my first time ever trying Panera Bread! I got Broccoli Soup and French Baguette(which comes with your soup). It should cost you around $ 7 dollars. Coming to Panera Bread for the first time, I wasn’t sure what to order, but I was suggested by my girlfriend to try the Broccoli Soup with the French Baguette. Usually, I don’t eat a lot of American soup but after having my first bite, I was surprised that the baguette complimented the soup so well! Maybe I should start eating more soup! Even though it looked like a small portion of soup that you got, I believe it would fill you up for the price that you paid for. For the soup, it had a nice consistency of cheese and broocoli that was super tasty! I don’t think you would regret coming to Panera Bread in the first place! Wondering if I’ll come back? Most definitely I’ll come back! No question about it. I didn’t have any expectations coming in and it totally delivered on what American soup should be! If you’re in the area and it is cold, try some Panera Bread because I recommend it!

Great food, nice people, always clean. Wish Wi-Fi was better. Slow slow slow even in off peak times. Would be 5 star if it worked better. Plenty of seating even during peak hours. I visit 1 or 2 times a week.

I’ve come here many times in the past — this place was especially popular when I was in high school, since this was pretty much«the spot» for group projects. A couple friends and I decided to come here again recently for lunch. The line moved pretty quickly, and I ended up ordering the Ancient Grain, Arugula, & Chicken Salad with an apple as my side choice. I had opted to dine-in, so I took my buzzer to the table and within 5 – 10 minutes it lit up. I was confused because I sat there for a good amount of time and didn’t see anyone coming, and soon after the buzzer went silent. So, I decided to go to the counter myself. When I got there and showed my buzzer, the guy immediately said«you must not have put it down on a table because we didn’t know where to bring it.» He then curtly put the tray in my hands, not even offering to bring it to where I was sitting. Now, I wouldn’t normally be so dissatisfied if my food wasn’t brought to my table, but the accusing tone that the guy used to tell me(not even having the courtesy to ask) that the mess-up was my fault was pretty upsetting. Onto the actual food — the food itself was decent. The arugula was fresh, the chicken was ok(but not very tender), and the other ingredients included in the salad were pretty good as well — with the exception of the cabbage slaw, which tasted a little funky. I didn’t like the dressing, either — it was a bit too sour for my preferences. The side apple was on the mushier side, too, which I wasn’t a fan of. Overall, I wasn’t impressed but it wasn’t terrible. The food was ok, but I think the customer service here is the most off-setting part. It wasn’t just this time — I feel like almost every time I come here, the service is less than friendly/welcoming. I either get a cashier who grudgingly takes my order, or I guess I get someone who wrongly, but so blatantly, accuses me of not using their buzzer system correctly. So, the conclusion is that this Panera location is just«A-OK.» Probably won’t be back anytime in the near future.

I love Panera, but there service here is a hit or miss. Which can sometimes ruin the whole meal! I still come because I love their food!

I used to love Panera. I actually don’t like to buy bread from anywhere else. They had amazing French onion soup. I came here for the French onion soup and asiago cheese bread. They got rid of the French onion soup to make room on the menu for other seasonal soups, fine. I just won’t go for soup anymore. I ordered 2 loaves of asiago bread from my app today on my lunch, everything seemed to go fine, my order was through, I received my receipt. My mom goes to pick it up at the designated time I had ordered for it to be picked up. They’re out! How could they be out? I ordered it hours ago. They tried to offer other types of bread, it’s not what I wanted. Why would I bother coming back if they can’t get the couple things that I enjoy there correct. Is it the app that malfunctioned? I believe they told my mom that if I came back tomorrow I could get my refund, why would I go all the way down there just for my refund? I didn’t go down there to get charged, no amount of other types of free bread is going to make me come back here. I am done with Panera!

So first issue is their SLOW service! They actually forgot or didn’t provide one of my friends their sandwich until she chased after them! We all got ours and wait a bit and when my friend asked about hers they said«oh it’s coming»… NOTHING… We were all done and she asked again — some confusion happened and she finally got it. Yes got an apology and that’s it! You’d think they would comp her sandwich! Sheesh… Then went the other day and the parking lot was jammed packed — I actually just wanted to pick up Peets Coffee next door and their Panera Bread Catering Truck was parked there in the 15 min spot. So couldn’t find a space so I left. Three hours later — found a spot but no help with the fact the Panera Bread Truck was STILL parked in 15 mins… What the heck — I guess it means they don’t care about customers!!! Happened to drive by after running errands later that night at 10pm and the truck was STILL in 15 min parking! So that was about a total of 6 hrs had passed by then… Not coming to this Panera — slow service, expensive with VERYLITTLE food so not good value… Move out Panera and let a better place come in… I wish Specialty was there instead so I don’t have to drive all the way down Homestead to Lawrence! Better food, value and service!

This Panera doesn’t care about customers. I wanted to get dinner there for some quick takeout, however they have their catering truck parked in the 15 minute parking. It was there at 4pm, I calls and spoke to a «manager» who said she would have someone move it. Dropped by at 5:40 and the truck is still parked in the 15 min parking. I went by again just now(7:45pm) for coffee and the truck is still there. It’s often hard to park there as there a few spaces and these people obviously don’t care if customers come or not for to-go takeout. If you guys don’t care about customers then I guess Boudins will get my $$.

Terrible. Bread falls apart. Expensive. Customer service very poor. I went to the Zinfandel location. I purchased a total of $ 50 worth items. I double checked my orders and there was an item missing. I approached the staff and all she said was o! Not even a sorry or we’ll try to make it up to you. Since they’re products are not cheap. She didnt even asked me if i would like it warmed up. Like Starbucks or labou. Then I made paninis, using they’re almost $ 7 dollars loaf bread and it was falling apart. I expect that from rainbow bread from safeway. Never again.

Horrible service. Missed the avocado on my order 3 times in a row. And Breakfast is over at 10:30? Who is having lunch at 10:30am!!! Ridiculous … People come to Panera as a «bakery» to enjoy a nice environment, coffee and pastries– possibly breakfast on a Holiday morning! too bad this one missed the whole thing.

My wife went to Panera café in Cupertino and she order Asian chicken salad. look at the picture and see what she found in her meal. that is very disgusting. She called the manager and instead of apology he return her money. Money hand it to her by one of the employee. What the hell is going on in their kitchen and what kind of customer service and management the way we call and report this matter to santa clara health department

Worst customer experience ever. There are too few parking spots and the spots are too small. The cashier struggled to take order efficiently. When we finally ordered, it took 20 minutes to get a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese… except it was an asiago bagel. I definitely do not recommend this Panera.

The food is decent for a change from your typical fast food meal. The pastas, soups, and sandwiches have all tasted good to me. Can’t say I’ve had their bagels before, as I’ve heard bagels are like 5 pieces of bread in terms of carbs, so I try to stay away from bagels in general. Their breakfast sandwiches and bowls are great for when the Egg McMuffin isn’t quite calling your name. Some of the family’s favorites are apple crunch muffins, cobblestones, pecan braids, and frosted shortbread cookies. With that being said, I don’t believe their pastries are«fresh made.» Same goes with some of their other dishes. I think they are re-heated(this is with all Panera locations). That’s not a big deal with me, just so long as I set my expectations that way. Still better than a Big Mac and large fries. I came in at 6am when they open and Perla helped me with a smile and was super friendly. This was before I took my pictures, so I know it was her being her! That’s always a nice way to start a morning!

I must say I am a fan of this location! I totally dig the Rapid Order option, I wish more restaurants would offer this! I use this for week night dinners far more than I should, but the convenience to the low calorie preparation is a win win for me, not to mention the amazing price! The you pick two is what I order for the most value! The only complaint I have is sometimes it is not consistent in regards to who works there, since sometimes when I order the pick two combos the portions are right, but sometimes I get the giant full size salad(which is not a bad thing, but I end up throwing out the other half as its just too much). Otherwise the ingredients are fairly fresh and I can’t complain! They even call me when they can’t satisfy an order and promptly change it! A lot of the times they will be out of the bottled lemonades and so they put in a San Pellegrino as a replacement which is awesome, they never charge me for the overage. The napkins, spoons, forks always in the bag! WINWIN!

I walked up to the counter to order. I know that the cashier saw me because she looked right at me. Then without a word, she walked away. Rude much? She should have said«excuse me, I’ll be right back,» or something to that effect. So I went to the next cashier. I told her what had happened and this one had nothing to say. The customer service from these cashiers is terrible. I should have just left, but I was starving and needed to eat something before I fainted. I ordered the power almond quinoa oatmeal, thinking that wouldn’t take too long and it sounded pretty healthy. I paid and received one of those buzzer things. It took more than 10 minutes to get my oatmeal. I honestly don’t think they were cooking it from scratch. Places like this usually have steel cut oats already cooked and sitting in a pot. I was getting hangrier and hangrier by the minute. The only reason I didn’t give this place one star was that the man who gave me my oatmeal was really nice. My oatmeal wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. It was bland and a little on the dry side — it needed some milk and honey, or some brown sugar. It tasted healthy though. I’m not a huge fan of Panera Bread in general. But I will never come back to this location again. They need to train their cashiers to have some manners and have better customer service.

It’s been awhile since I’ve tried to search for a restaurant on Stevens Creek on this side of De Anza Blvd. Apparently, all the fast(er) food places have since disappeared. I was in a bit of a rush, so I jumped into Panera Bread. This is like the Starbucks of sandwich shops, though their bread is more on Subway’s level of subs than on Starbucks’ level of coffee. The last time I had such a bad cold sandwich was when I putting together one whose parts had been sitting in my rucksack for hours during a hiking trip. I’m pretty sure I could pick the cheapest sliced ham and tomatoes from Target next door and make something of the same quality in 2 minutes. But let’s be honest, you’re probably not here for just the sandwiches. The soup was all right. It was almost Safeway-quality, which actually has some of the best daily soups. The place is quite spacious, though I wish they had more sofas. The WiFi isn’t too slow, and you only get a limited amount of time.

My friend has a rule with their bread. Right out of the oven or it has a 5 min half life. Every min it’s half as good. Heh. I generally dont go savory here. I get a cheese pastry normally but they were out. Got a cinnamon crumb cake instead and a lemonade to go. The cashier seemed to be confused as to which cake i wanted until i walked over and pointed it out. Pretty decent but ill stick to the pastry next time

This Panera Bread is just like any other of their chain restaurants. Except this one is packed, like SUPERPACKED. I’m sure its because there are a bunch of businesses nearby, as well as students from De Anza and other school districts. ALSo, the parking is a BIIIIITTTCHHH. They used to have Bombay Oven next door and you could also use that parking lot, but now they have this teeny tiny parking lot behind the store… which does not sustain the number of people going into this Panera. which means you gotta park waaaaaay farther down or if you wanne be a badass, park in the business parking spaces… BUT yeah lol good thing this place has the nicest outdoor patio to sit, eat, and chill at. THe waitresses and servers do not rush you whatsoever. they let you keep doin yo thaaang. Food is just like any Panera. I usually get the you pick two. Either a fuji apple salad or sandwich/panini paired with either the tomato bisque or french onion soup. Since i’m small, its pretty filling bc of the soup + carbs, but if youre bigger and hungrier, you will most likely not get full from their items. free wifi + make sure to sign up for panera card!

My friends love coming here, so I decided to check it out myself. I honestly think I just ordered the wrong thing. Most of them get salads and LOVE it. SO this review is for a combo meal of soup and ½ sandwich. I got the asiago steak sandwich with broccoli cheddar soup. Also came with a bag of plain chips(similar to Lays). I was really expecting a lot from the sandwich. it sounded amazing! The steak, the HORSERADISH. I was really excited. Also, I’m a huge fan of sandwich and soup combos so I couldn’t wait to try out a combo from Panera. When it arrived. I was SO. so… disappointed… the sandwich was so BLAND. The size was decent, although it wasn’t enough to fill me up even with the soup and side of chips. I would have let the size of the sandwich slide if it was actually yummy. However, it just wasn’t good :(I felt like I wasn’t eating anything. the sandwich was so tasteless. The soup. it was good! But honestly I could have bought a bowl or even a tub from Safeway that tasted exactly the same for less than what I paid. The soup was nothing special. Since I wasn’t full from my meal, I bought a cobblestone pastry. It looked amazing sitting in that display case. BUT… it didn’t taste fresh at all. and once again I was disappointed. Maybe I’ll come back to try a salad. Or. maybe I won’t. Panera did not impress.
