Contrary to the other reviews I really like this location. Yes, it is small, but I definitely prefer that over the heinously busy Valley Fair and it’s more convenient for me as well. It’s quiet and doesn’t make you feel rushed. Best of all you get GOODRECOMMENDATIONS from the employees because they know their products and aren’t so busy they can’t help you out. Edgar was incredibly helpful. I have massively sensitive skin and decided to just ask for some recommendations. I was wary and pretty sure they’d still break me out BUT I left with a travel size Olé Henriksen cleanser, First Aid Beauty moisturizer and lip conditioner, as well as 2 samples of overnight masks by Peter Thomas Roth and Dr Jart. I. Love. Everything! Nothing has made me break out and I’ve already purchased a full sized bottle of the Peter Thomas Roth camu camu mask. The only reasons I’m not giving 5 stars are some run ins with one or two less helpful employees and the small selection. If everyone was as awesome and knowledgeable as Edgar it’d be 5 stars all the way even considering the smaller selection!

.Not a very good selection. Then again… it is inside jcpenny the staff hardly paid attention to me when I walked in. No wonder I see people steal here so much

Walked in, wanted to try something new, so I asked a sales girl if they had any good powder foundations or foundations for oily skin/oily T zone, and I was told«No. Sorry» and then she just stared at me… really?! VALCOSEPHORAFAIL! I have been to all the other Sephora’s in the area and they are always full of helpful people ready to point you in the right direction. This one is awful. Don’t bother going here, it’s a waste of your time. Head to Oakridge or Valley Fair where they know what they are doing.
