Less than 1 year ago our family purchased 4 new Apple I-Phone 6’s and accessories at this location(BTW…customer of AT&T for years!). Today I stopped by to exchange the AT&T car charger that no longer works and was told they could not locate the charger purchase in their computer so they could not exchange it but for $ 30.00 I could buy another one. I stated to the CSR as a customer whom had been with them for years as well recently bought 4 new phones and has monthly service with AT&T it did not feel like very good customer service so when leaving I turned and said to the CSR please tell your manager I do not feel good about this and BTW who is your manager… Well amazingly the manager had been standing off to the side listening to the entire conversation(not saying a word or attempting to help) said I’m the manager, so again I stated my dissatisfaction and he said«We Follow Policy» I said so your policy can cost you customers and you just don’t seem to care. I left saying so I’m walking out of here and you just do not care… He says VERYSARCASTICALLY«Yea, have a great day sir». So I will have a great day but will let everyone I can know how AT&T representatives at this location treat customers!

Just left this Apple store disappointed on my birthday. The customer service rep, Amanda said she only had the black and gold iphone 6 plus. But then after realizing I did not want to change my plan she checked her inventory and said she is out. I have a tough time believing this since she spend quite some time to convince me for a change of plan.
