Had a terrible experience at this Verizon Wireless. While the staff was polite, they continued to try to sell me additional products that I did not want or need. After repeated saying that I just wanted to trade in my old phone for account credit, they continued to push and even went to the extent of ringing up headphones and a drone. They said that it was just in case I changed my mind. I was not going to change my mind! I ended up leaving the store and went to a different Verizon location that helped me without an haggling.

Came in today for a new phone and it went pretty smoothly. Danny helped us and he was very quick, clear and helpful. He didn’t pressure us about anything and got us through he process as quickly as possible. No problems at all!

After my previous haggling to purchase insurance on a company phone, I reluctantly returned this evening. Upon recognizing my previous trip’s salesman, I turned and asked the next employee available. Danny Segundo was reliable and forthright. Never did I think salesmen can complete your tasks without relentless upgrade recommendations. If you’re going to this store, call ahead to confirm that Danny is working if you want a quick trip

The best coverage and fastest data of any carrier I have ever had. The list includes AT&T, Sprint, and T-Mobile. Do yourself a favor and switch to Verizon, you’ll never go back

Went in to get a new phone knowing exactly want I wanted so it should have only taken 20 minutes or so. I was helped right away so I was sure it would be quick. After about half hour it was still not done and i had to leave and returned late that night to get it done. I waited another 30+ minutes. Maybe changing carriers when I can. I thought the service had improved at Verizon. When I inquired about having to come back and all the trouble I was told«well it’s the systems and sorry» she explained if I would have taken the new plan and not wanted grandfathered it would have been quicker… Not the service I expected!
