night time crew works differently than the morning or day crew Night crew seems to always not be attentive And has gotten simple orders wrong Ex a milkshake How do you mess up one item? I understand why this place is empty at night.

This Sonic SERIOUSLYSUCKS compared to other Sonics! I ordered the Ultimate Meat & Cheese Burrito & it was half the size it should be. I also ordered a Croissant Breakfast Sandwich & the bacon was burned to a crisp! This place is a rip!

Now I’m being very courteous with this review because I would love to give it one star due to their nightly staff providing the worst customer service. But! I did file a complaint and received to calls, one from corporate and one from the location manager. Very impressed, I love sonic and hope they can fix their nightly staff.

My experience here was pretty frustrating. Our order was wrong multiple times and they had to refund our money and then recharge us. Which is fine, stuff happens. But we had to wait awhile and the whole time the girl who was our car hop made it blatant that she was very annoyed with us. Not great. :/
