I went by her office today since I have not been able to get a hold of anyone over the phone. For months I have tried to schedule an appointment, and then decided to go with another dentist. I went by today to get my records, and the doors were locked. There is a notice on the door saying that over $ 10,000 in back rent is due, and the locks changed. I am guessing they are no longer in business.
