Baskin Robbins

This Baskin Robbins is smaller than most, but the service is great. The nice lady behind the counter is very patient with my grandkids. They always want to try a taste of a new flavor before settling on their favorite the oreo cookies n cream kid’s scoop in a cake cone for $ 2.49. My older grandson does not like ice cream, so I get him a couple cups of the candy topping for $.75 each. My wife always gets a kid’s scoop of the snickers ice cream. She loves it. I always get a regular scoop of the Pistachio Almond in a cup for $ 2.99. For me, Baskin Robbins has found the perfect place between the less creamy ice cream you buy from the grocery store and the too creamy ice cream of their competitors. This Baskin Robbins has added some chairs outside the shop to compensate for the limited seating inside the shop. Lots of parking.

I would rate this place a ¹⁰⁄₁₀. The ice cream was okay, but the customer service was absolutely outstanding. If you go, you should definitely ask for a guy named Dennis. He was so patient even though I asked for so many samples and took forever choosing my ice cream flavor. He made the ice cream taste even better. Wow! Wouled go again.

Came in on a Thursday and had my son pick out his birthday cake … Watched her fill out the slip, she even helped him pick out the best options. Came on Sunday the day of his party and guess what? They had no idea where it was. No order, no slip NOTHING! Their solution offer me a $ 3 discount on a completely different smaller cake!!! I’m sorry but you DONT MESS UP A KIDS BIRTHDAY CAKE!!! I understand mistakes happen but than fix it. He actually tried to sell me a second smaller cake to combine the two for a regular size cake … Which would of been even more money than the original cake I ordered … Horrible !!

Always loved basket Robbins. Great ice cream nice location! The only reason why I’m only giving them 4 stars instead of 5 because she typed in my credit card wrong and it got declined. They need to upgrade their systems. Other than that great ice cream. Great atmosphere

Place has been here roughly 30 yrs now. Survivor of the frozen yogurt craze and still one of my favorites!

Came in here in the middle of the day — no line. there was just one other couple sitting with their ice-​cream.
It was the most aggravating ice-​cream experience I’ve ever had — had to repeat my order a million times and she still got it wrong. And when i pointed out she had placed the wrong ice-​cream in my container rather than start anew she would return the incorrect ice-​cream and continue using the same container. EWE! I think her name was Farah — If you see she’s the one scooping I would skip it.

I’m giving this BR five stars because the people who own it are so nice.
I don’t really think that one rookie mistake made on another Unilocaler’s visit earns them a 2-​star rating. Nothing close to that has ever happened to me. They were super patient with a lady who wanted to purchase 10, $ 10 gift cards and needed them all run up separately. No kidding! They still rang up my order and other people in between her 10 transactions just to keep the line moving.
Once I had dealings with an employee with some attitude, but never with the family who own the franchise. So all things considered, still *Four Stars*.
I am crazy for certain BR flavors, namely:
Chocolate and peanut butter
Pralines and cream
Jamocha almond fudge
We order ice cream cakes for birthday parties all the time.

Needed an ice cream fix as I was driving home from a doctor’s appointment and spotted this B&R. I hadn’t been in a Baskin Robbins for a few years so hit the brakes and went in.
Got two scoops — chocolate fudge and jamoca with caramel topping. The ice cream was good. Not as creamy as more expensive places but the flavor was great and the texture was smooth and not icy. And about half the price as the trendy ice cream joints.
The gal behind the counter was quick and nice and slathered plenty of caramel on top which made me like her all the more.

The Mini Soft serve Parfait, peanut butter cup flavor is tasty. They always have friendly people working here.

I like ice cream but I LOVE sherbert waaayyyy more! So, I went here tonight and got some rainbow sherbert.
This location has 4 flavors of sherbert… not sure if other locations have more?! But for some reason theIr sherbert is sooo good!

OH, and the reason why I’m giving this place 2-​stars is because I had a coupon for 1 free scoop and the guy behind the counter LITERALLY gave me a spoon with ice cream in it & said here’s your free scoop! OMG, what a moron! He works there & doesn’t know what a scoop is???
