Love this place… the only place that i get my eyebrow thread. Any of the ladies there do a good job. They have another location on high way 6 i also like to go there also. Make sure to bring cash.

This is my go-​to spot when I’m in the area. There are 2 Bubbly’s locations, no idea how the other is like. For this location, parking space is limited in the front. There are additional parking spaces in the back, but I still park in the front.
Every time I have been here, there are usually 2 people ahead of me. The wait is about 10 minutes before my turn to get my eyebrows threaded. Wait time isn’t so bad, especially when watching the Indian music videos/​shows on the TV screen.
I haven’t tried the other services they offer, maybe I’ll go for their fruit facial next time. I took off a star because the threading varies per person. Sometimes my brows come out fantastic, and the other times I have some complaints. The owner is pretty good, I usually wait for her to do my brows.
If you haven’t tried threading or need a place, I recommend this location! They offer threading, waxing, skin care, hair cut and chemical service, makeup, and henna! By the way, it is $ 10 credit card minimum here.

I went in today for a hair cut during lunch time (from work) and when I walked in she didn’t greet, welcome or acknowledge me. There were 2 people in line for their eyebrows and upper lip, so I thought it would only take her 20 mins till it was my turn. 20 minutes later she tells me we don’t cut hair at this location. WTF!!! People have work! The owner needs to be smart and get rid of all the ads about hair so that people don’t think they cut hair. Oh and there was only one person working there, again, WTF! I l

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews about customer service. I went in with my boyfriend for the first time on Monday and we were all treated with kindness. My boyfriend wanted to clean up his bushy brows just a bit, and the lady who took care of us did the job correctly. I was very satisfied, and so was he. I definitely want to come back again — it is WAY better than going all the way to the mall just to wait in line at the eyebrow shop, since it’s always packed.

I love getting my eyebrows and upper lip threaded here! It honestly depends on who you get. The older women (I guess the owner) always Does an AMAZING job on my brows, she’s who I always go to and she knows exactly how I like my brows, square and arched! I’ve always had uneven brows (one square and arched and one round and straight) but after 2 or three visits she had them even. She’s so polite and she remembers me and my friend every time we come in! I would recommend going to her if you want your eyebrows slayed an looking great
The middle aged one did my eyebrows once and I wasn’t completely satisfied, she moved slow and my eyebrows barely had a change.
The younger girl did my eyebrows once and she did good as well.

I think you are mistaking me for another customer who you might have fought with.
I have not been your customer for over three years, I was your customer only for 6 month when i stopped coming to your business.
It is pretty easy for everyone here to see that you can not take criticism and use it to actually fix the problems. You should take a class in customer service and learn to be more polite you your customers rather then teaching them to do so.
Your customers are paying patrons who have the right to let you know if the service they paid for was not executed properly. Rather then taking out a sword and putting your ego first, learn how to speak to a customer and understand their complaints.
And As far as the service I DESERVE, I I’m PAYING you for a service, you should provide me with the most satisfactory service based on the fact that you are getting paid for it, not giving it out as charity. Execution of great service is not based on me walking in being your best friend, YOUR accusations on me not being polite are completely baseless.
This is not an argument, it’s constructive criticism for you to use to help your business.
I will not continue to argue here, I stopped coming to you for a reason, and you have pr oven to all as to why. Thanks!

Went back today to use the last of my groupon. I had someone I had never seen before, and the experience was not what I expected. Now, I have noticeably uneven eyebrows and they are quite a bit thinner than I would have liked.
I’m probably going to wait quite a while to let my eyebrows grow before I go back again.

Went to Bubbly’s for the first time today! This place is a winner! I hadn’t found anyone to thread my eyebrows since moving to this side of town 5 years ago. I usually visit places in the Galleria area near my job. While I was there I decided to get the sides of my face waxed– AWESOME! Then I thought what the heck– I will get a Brazillian too while I am here… I was very happy with the services received, their pricing is awesome and I will be returning in the near future! I’ve always done eye brow waxing but I decided to try this place out after my coworker told me about it. Finally tried it out today and loved it!

I searched for eyebrow threading on my phone and viola! Bubbly’s Salon popped up.
I did not get a good look at the salon but from what I saw, I really liked it! What really stood out to me was that they have it decorated relating to the culture which was super cool. Even the music.
The staff was very friendly, the service was quick, and I loved how my eyebrows turned out. I would definitely recommend coming here for eyebrow threading! I would also try their other services but due to saving money, I am limited. Can I get a deal for writing this great review? ;-)

Just went there today! I got my eyebrows done and also my lip. The place is really pretty and clean. I waited about 20 mins but they had a lot of clients since it’s Friday. I really like my eyebrows and my lip came out so nice and smooth but I was tearing from the discomfort, i’m going to see you long it takes for the hair to grow back before i do it again!

My new threading place! This place was great went in on a Saturday and they could take me right away. The prices are really reasonable (check the website) the girl who did my eyebrows was really thorough. They have a frequent customer card which is nice.

I’m new to the area and was looking for a place to get my eyebrows threaded. The lady that did mine was short and stout and top heavy… my eyebrows turned out great but I found my experience uncomfortable. Her breasts were constantly on me. Not to mention she threaded so slowly. I felt I was being tortured! It felt 10 times worst than my first time having my eyebrows thereaded! (Isn’t that supposed to be the worst time???) She also kept poking me in the eye because she wanted me to hold my lid down harder! Definitely wouldn’t go again!
