I don’t know why I was hesitant to try to this place before. But it’s probably because it’s a little out of the way. The location is a little wonky but after going, I think it’s worth it. Friendly staff. Good atmosphere. Very quiet and much more roomy than it looks from the outside. I don’t know why there isn’t any foot traffic, there should be. I had the hazelnut latte(hot). I thought it was creamy, rich, and not too hot to drink. They have baked goods and I think they make sandwiches there? I saw a menu. My small was $ 3.79. Definitely coming back. The only con for me really is that I wish they were open later!

I absolutely love this place. It’s recently become my «hiding» study spot. It’s usually quiet and they don’t blare their music like some Starbucks locations. You can use their WiFi with any purchase. Ask for the code if you don’t receive one with your receipt. They don’t just sell coffee. You can also order teas, smoothies, and the usual coffee shop-type pastries. Though it may not be obvious from Barker Cypress, there is a drive thru so you can grab your joe to go if you’re in a hurry. The workers at Daily Brew are all really pleasant. The owner apologized to me on one occasion for some louder crowds who dropped in while I was studying. That’s sweet because it was not her fault and I wasn’t even really bothered by them anyway. It’s just nice to be appreciated for being a customer — even if I buy one measly cup of coffee and stay for over 6 hours. What to try? The low cal caramel or white chocolate latte — either hot or cold.

Two words: Nutella Latte. That’s the only thing I’ve tried, but my goodness, it’s good.

I came down from Austin to visit my in-laws in Cypress for the weekend, and during the trip I wanted to find a coffee shop where I could get a little work done. I really thought I wouldn’t find anything in this area other than a Starbucks, but I found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a shot. Given that this is the suburbs, I wasn’t expecting much. Turns out that they had great coffee, good service, free wifi that works, and good seating. My café au lait was prepared perfectly; my wife ordered a cold blended drink, which was really, really good. I usually don’t indulge in any pastries, but for those who do I’d agree with the other post that looked like a weak point for this place. Enjoyed my first experience at the Daily Brew, and from now on I’ll definitely be coming here for coffee when I’m in Cypress.

If you live in this area, PLEASE check out the Daily Brew at least once. You’ll be hooked. I drove around *forever* this morning searching for a local, free Wi-Fi coffee house en route to the Copperfield 24 Hour Fitness. No friggin’ luck. Panera? No thank you. Chipotle. Uh, trying to work out. So back this way I came. They were open, family owners on site and being their friendly selves, there were a few professionals getting some work done, great NPR radio. I got a bottled water and a granola and yogurt for just $ 3.09. I’m definitely a fan. Once again: Lots of seating Family friendly Drive-thru Pastries, yogurt, breakfast foods and non-coffee bevs available $ 3 minimum on credit cards

Once again, I’m on a mission to try out all the smaller coffee shops around town… well the NW part of Houston. I drive by this place everytime I make my way out to Cy-Fair College to do some tutoring but I’m always running on a tight schedule that I’m never able to stop to grab a cup of coffee. Today was a little different. I pulled into the parking lot and noticed that they have a drive through at this location. I’ll keep that in mind for next time when it’s raining and I don’t want to get out of my car. The set up is similar to the other location on Eldridge. It’s small and cozy and the menu has a lot of variety. The pastry selection was really small and it seemed like items you can get at the local warehouse store just sold individually instead of in bulk. My eyes weren’t pleased so I just decided to order a beverage. I know it’s a coffee house, but I didn’t feel like a coffee at that moment so I opted for a pomegranate blueberry frozen tea. The counter person suggested it and it was a good suggestion. It hit the spot and held my stomach over til I was done tutoring and gave me enough energy to hit the gym afterward. The service is great. The drink I got was good. The pastry selection was the only downfall to this place but I would go back and maybe they’ll get more food selections next time.
