Snowcones are awesome! However, they make it hard to support the local guy when they’re not dependable. Pregnant and craving a pickle snowcone, thought about this ALL DAY. Get home from work and drive 20 minutes to Cypress Snow to find them close when their sign clearly states they are open until 8pm! It was 7:41pm and school has started. I called the number listed on Google to have the women rudely state «wrong number» and hang up on me. Fix your sign and number please! I was very disappointed tonight.

The location is good and they have lots of flavors but the service is ridiculously slow. I ordered a small for my toddler and asked for a large cup afterwards so that I could pour his in there to keep him from spilling in the car. I was told it’d be $ 1… For a styrofoam cup! I said no thanks and now have a sour apple stain on my beige interior… Guess I should have paid the dollar :/

I’ve been a frequent customer ever since they were originally on Barker Cypress. The owner is very down to earth and puts his customers first. Along with great customer service, they have a lot of favors to choose from on their menu. My personal favorite is blue bubble gum with red raspberry! It’s definitely worth a try

Best snowballs in town! Every location, whether Telge or Fairfield, is clean and very well kept. Tons of flavors to mix and match. I love this family owned business. Definitely a must try of you are in the area!
