This is one of the best sno cone locations around. And defiantly the best me D’s location. Try the blue cotton candy! The fella that usually works here is super nice and helpful. He is enthusiastic about sno cones and wants you to be too! They give samples too. I always get a blue cotton candy big D in a super D cup with a little extra syrup– Moist not swimming.

This place is simply outstanding. Snowballs here are the best I’ve had in Houston, with reasonable prices to boot. Try sour shot with margarita!

Delicious snow cones! The employees are considerate and always up for making suggestions! I usually stop at the one off Cypress Rose Hill and Huffmeister. It’s usually parked at the gas station in the cypress area (back in the neighborhood area of walmart, drive down a couple miles). DELICIOUS snow cones (very similar to Mam’s in the heights area near downtown Houston). Delicious flavors and options.

New to area and we Unilocaled snow cones… stopped here at Mr. D’s super friendly guy! We told him we had never been here, and he gave us a flavor guide. I tasted my husband’s snow cone while he was making mine. The ice was so fluffy and soft! When I got mine it was delicious!
The guy told us his original machine was out being repaired and didn’t like the one he was currently using… but that he should be getting his other machine back soon! I can’t even imagine how much better these snow cones can get!
We are definitely coming back!

Located in the same property as the Chevron station, Mr. D’s Snowcones offers a wide variety of flavors to beat the heat. While there are many snow cone options in the area, I’ve found Mr. D’s to be the best. Their shaved ice is perfectly fluffy, making for an even distribution on syrupy goodness.
We tried out the blue bubblegum and the dreamsicle. The blue bubblegum will delight any child (or adult) as one’s mouth will turn blue instantly! Add a little cream to the dreamsicle and be transported back to your younger days.
They have five sizes to choose from. I got a «Little D» and was plenty happy.
