I have been to this one once with my child and again for myself. They were very thorough both times. The PA asked a lot of questions and we left with medication being prescribed. They called with test results right when they said they would.

I went to a Rediclinic for the first time last Thursday. I was greeted by a very sweet and knowledgeable young lady named Lacey. My daughter was sick and afraid of seeing the doctor. Dr. Lashonda was so caring with my child. I will never go to an urgent care again when I can get such great care from Dr Lashonda and Miss Lacey.

Usually I can go to a RediClinic and get taken care of. I went yesterday and the PA said I had no fever, so if I got worse and my earache got worse I should call and then she would call in the antibiotic. 12 hrs. later I am up with a fever and severe earache. What the hell? So now I am missing a day of work tomorrow!
Next time I will haul my butt down to the Tomball or Vintage Park clinic where they take care of business!
Update: I called the next morning at 8:30. By 2 pm I just went down there. The physician’s Assist. Had no explanation as to why after 5−½ hrs. She had not called me back. Really messed up!
