I bought a Groupon for 3 microdermabrasions in February. Used the first one early March. She made me wait 45 minutes, then complained about gastrointestinal issues the whole time. Gross. Then she quit Groupon, saying she’d only give me one of my two remaining treatments in my home. She has stood me up twice since then. She won’t return my call as to the last time she told me she’d come. She may work magic with hair, but she’s a liar and not to be trusted. Kashia, if you hold up your end of the bargain and either give me my treatment or refund my money, I’ll give you a glowing review.

I’ve always had long, thick, wavy, frizzy, unmanageable hair. I’ve tried every flat iron, blow dryer, OTC product over the last 30 years– nothing would work on this head of mine. It normally takes me about an hour to blow dry and flat iron my hair because I have to do it in 4 stages. Ain’t nobody got time for that! So, ⁵⁄₇ days of the week, it was right up in a ponytail and out the door.
I’d been hearing about the Brazilian for quite some time, but didn’t have faith that it would work on my hair. How could it? Nothing else in the world ever worked. Maybe it was the egg nog or the wine, but I booked an appointment. I went to see Kashia to have it done, still doubting it throughout the process. If you only take away one thing from this entire review, let it be this.

OK, maybe that was a bit dramatic. But I’m telling you — It works — it really works. My hair dries in half the time, WITHOUT FRIZZ! I’ve never lived a life with no frizz. Kashia also gave me bangs after the Brazilian (something I haven’t had in YEARS) and I couldn’t be happier with them. People were actually giving me second looks when I came into work.
I’m excited to try her other services as well. I think I’ve finally found someone that’s not only fun to be around, but excellent at what she does. Thank you Kashia, for making me feel like the shiny, straight hair shampoo model on TV I knew I was always meant to be ^_^

I would definitely recommend dermaluxe for the microdermabrasion! I haven’t tried anything else yet, but I would definitely go back. Great advice given and Kashia was awesome! Thanks!!!

I enjoyed my microdermabrasion session and mask by Kashia. My face felt great after. Kashia was very knowledgeable. I will go to dermaluxe spa again.

I was in Houston this past weekend visiting my mother and had to do something with this mop of mine (meaning hair). I just picked a random place and met Kashia Buks who gave me a wash, highlights, and a cut. Not only was she extremely professional and knowledgeable about all of her products but she also did an incredible job. I walked away a very happy client. I would recommend her for these services!!!
