Came in and it was close. Ok fine maybe I should have called.
Emailed them, nobody answered.
Called them and asked if they would not mind sending me some info and pricing. The lady was on the phone is pretty strong voice and attitude (sarcastic). I asked if I can come out and see it, she said yes but then oh no hold on, we have a bridal show so nah it’s not gonna work. She didn’t offer another day either, just making me feel like I am not worth her time. So she said she would email me, ok, I gave her my email.
A couple days later, still nothing. End of story. Good luck having your wedding here.

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Enchanted Cypress Ballroom! It was the most stress free part of my wedding planning, by far. The food was amazing, the DJ was very flexible and open to requests, the cake looked like it came straight out of a magazine and the venue itself is absolutely breathtaking! I am so grateful to Naelly and Lauren for all of their help, they were quick to communicate with me and went above and beyond in so many ways to make my wedding day perfect! I would definitely recommend this venue to any bride who is looking for an amazing event and great service with no stress. :)

Very beautiful place on the inside. Don’t let the out side deceive you. This place is surrounded by other businesses and can seem confusing when walking in. The staff is super friendly and very insighful.
Wish they had more natural lighting.
