worst vermicelli i ever had… noodle was soggy vegetable want fresh. Very cheap but you will get meal price what you paid. Not recommend

The service was honestly fine, but their broth seems to be on the greasy side and their fried rice contained way too much oil… it was visible beneath the plate.

Update on my last review. We drove by tonight and the regular waiter was there, so we stopped. We ordered our usual phở and egg rolls and everything was really good tonight. The egg rolls were back to being light and delicious, and the service was great. Evidently the cook was the regular one too. Last visit was a disaster. All was fine tonight, but we noticed the restaurant wasn’t as busy as usual on a Friday night. Maybe others were hesitant to return. I will update(and upgrade rating) again if the food and service remain consistent.

Use to come here all the time. Food is good and they use to be nice but now I go to other phở restaurants because they are rude.

The first time came to this place and didn’t have a good experience. First, the soup didn’t taste like phở because it’s so light. Second, there was only few thin slice of beef on top. Third, the service was slow.

Korean owned phở restaurant. Phở is overpriced for what it is. I’ve had way better phở before. Service is unfriendly and mediocre. We asked for another plate of bean sprouts and they forgot. We asked for a side of sliced onions and cilantro and they literally brought less than half a handful of each. The tables were dirty and all 3 of our phos came out with very overcooked noodles. Their shrimp spring rolls were overpriced and weak. there was more rice paper than any other ingredient. We probably won’t be returning anytime soon. 3 stars just because they were my fellow Koreans.

The first time I came here I absolutely loved it! The service was fast and the phở was really delicious! The next I came wasn’t so great. I walked in and the worker stops my friend and I asking if we came in the day before. We laughed cause we did come the day before and came back cause we loved the soup! Then the guy questions us asking did you not like my service and why we didn’t tip. Then he ends with he’s going to automatically add 15% to our bill for tip if we want to eat today. I was so offended because tip is optional and usually I ALWAYS tip, I just wasn’t able to the previous day because I literally only had enough cash to pay for my meal, and I didn’t have my cards. My friend ended up just walking out and we’ve never come back since.

The only reason why i give this place a 3 is because i in now the owner of this phở place. I would like to give this place a low rating because of this one server here. He is pure rude. He smahses down the menu pan in front of my table. He would always talk in a rude voice and never come by to check us while we eat. He doesnt eve refill our water till we ask him. Phở is however decent for a phở in cypress. The only reason i go to this phở place is because it’s next to my house.

Anndddd… just when you think the sour taste is out of your mouth… I received this lovely note in my inbox. Sad, but true. Even sadder is nothing was made up in my original review. Just a Note2/2/2016 For your review of: iPho Excuse me. Please dont make any story up. Maybe you dont like our services, but it doesnt mean you can talk trashy and give false information about us. At least, you should tell a real story if we gave you bad service. Please before you say stuff. Swear to the God whatever the fck u said.

The worst service EVER! I asked for cilantro the server said they were out but brought my appetizer out with cilantro as a garnish. I had to get out of my chair in order to get the servers attention for a refill. The only difference between a small and large order of phở is the amount of broth you get. Our server generously decided to help himself to my change as a tip. I had to ask for my change back which he pulled out of his tip jar and brought it back with a surprised look. 1 star is actually being generous. Never once checked on my table.

Trying to order through the phone takes some work, but the food is inexpensive and pretty good. I would definitely say you get more bang for your buck here by getting their happy hour and eating in!

This place looks pretty random because it’s the only open business in the plaza; strange but worth the shot. Food is not bad at all; I ordered Phở Beef. Service was pleasant, pricing is decent, and it’s family friendly. It’s small, but the seating arrangements are staggered so there is walking room. BTW, I noticed that they do take phone orders. I would go again, maybe phone in an order and eat at home. Parking isn’t an issue, so you would get right in and out.

The phở is over priced for what it is. Place is pleasant enough though. I wouldn’t come back only because I’m a phở enthusiast! and i think the broth used in their phở is bland and unimaginative. So if you have a favorite spot I suggest you make the trip there… this place will just disappoint.

Was feeling a little sick hence I needed a hot bowl of phở to ooze out the cold. Did this do the trick? Well you’ll find out via this review! Ambiance Parking: * Pretty much everything in this plaza is closed/empty thus no competition here for parking. Seating: * Inside seating for couples or groups, the place can general accommodate 30 people. Feels: * Your standard restaurant with pictures of food. There are restrooms that are pretty clean. I was greeted by the employer and some classic music. As I waited for my food, I was watching the MMA highlights… if you’re into that stuff. Nothing too special, just your general eat your food and enjoy type of place. Food: #1 Phở: Beef, brisket, flank(recommend) Pretty standard with all basic fundamentals. Noodles were not too soft and hard. Standard size for a small bowl. Hot Tea(Recommend) Served hot and can serve about 3.5 cups. Jasmine tea is mildly sweet. Enjoy! Customer Service: Reasonable speed and positive vibes. Overall: 3.5 stars. Was my cold resolved? No But did I feel better? Yes. Price was reasonable but I wish there was more bang to it. For those Cypress College goers on a quick meal break, it’s not too far. Wouldn’t mind coming back here. TL;DR Tips: * Happy Hour from 2−5pm. * $ 10 minimum for card.

Standard phở joint. Nothing out of this world and nothing inedible. The phở was okay, but to be honest, to me phở is phở. Haha. They do have happy hour from 2 – 5 I believe because obviously who eats meals during those times right? But if you go in during those hours I think it’s like $ 4.99 per bowl of phở which is actually like two dollars cheaper than normal! My brother and I got an order of shrimp fried rice and let me tell you when it came out it looked radioactive. Like THE brightest orange I’ve ever seen in my life. But it actually tasted pretty good. It went well with the soup of the phở. The only downside to this place is that it’s located in the weirdest plaza ever and literally you’d never go to this plaza unless it were for this phở place. So unless your intention is to go directly to this phở joint you’d never see it. It looks like an old abandoned Western film area… but hey! Lots of parking!

Phở sho, they need some happy people up in this joint. Okay Phở, with not-so-okay people.

The place is an a-ok phở place. The food is just ok. But the service there is good. The servers are nice and they bring the food out quickly, like other phở places. I guess I wasn’t blown away, but this will definitely hit the spot when you’re really craving phở. Oh, and I think there’s a $ 10 minimum for credit/debit, fyi.

Clean, quiet, great service. Everything I’m all about. Ordered the small Bbq chicken Phở and the spring rolls. The phở was very tasty and there were lots of noodles. The spring rolls were very fresh and come with a sweet peanut sauce. Very reasonable pricing. There is a $ 10 minimum for credit/debit so heads up if you’re not super hungry.

This place is close to my house so it is convenient. When it is busy it’s short staff and people have to wait, unfortunately today I had to grab my own menu. Other days when it is empty you get speedy service. The food is good. I usually get the #7 phở with rare steak, brisket and meat balls. The broth is not too salty and is just right. I also get the egg rolls that are crispy and with the vinegar-fish sauce dip are a perfect combo. Your experience will depend on the weather and the time of day, and today it was rainy and cold so a good time for phở meaning busy place.
