Jack in the Box

Basically everyone I know has gotten food poisoning at this jack in the box at least once since it opened at the new location.

HORRIBLE SERVICE waited 15 mins for our order that wasnt even much food either. Even I asked about my food they replied «what about it?» AVOID THIS JACKS THEY CAN’T EVEN KEEP UP WITH 2 CUSTOMERS and there’s no one in the drive thru they should either bring back the old manager or close down this waste of space!
IF ONLY NO STARS WAS AN OPTION.

A really good iced mocha if you can’t find a coffee place. Breakfasts good. My kids love the curly fries and sausage croissants. Great for once in a while.

I used to hit the drive thru once a week at midnight. Every Wednesday was Jack Night for me and my fiancé. This was about a year ago. I don’t know what changed, but all of a sudden they got my order wrong every friggin’ Wednesday. Every time. I stopped going for a couple months, then I tried it again and they once again completely screwed my order even though everything was correct on the screen. I got fed up and I’m now finished with this particular Jack. I see no reason to go to a place where the night staff is that unreliable.

((AWFUL Dine-​In Customer Service!!)) I come to this particular location often for a couple of reasons, 1. The dinning room is open until 12am 2. They have plenty of outlets for me to work from my laptop 3. They have this really kool fireplace! Though sadly, it doesn’t seem my consistent business is appreciated!!! I believe her name is Sonya, Mgr or Asst. Mgr or something, anyway she is usually very short & unwelcoming. My experience of her is that she could really be bothered & I’m taking her away from more important customers, i.e. the drive through! I personally recommend Jack In the Box about 5 – 10 down from this one on Norwalk & Carson Street! They are SOOO much nicer! Unfortunately for me, that location is not walking distance from my place. Though this experience tonight just might be the LAST DRAW! NO BUENO!
