Jimmy John’s

The bread smells divine, and they make the sandwiches super quick. The meat was fresh and bread was soft. But then I saw the photo of the namesake smiling next to a dead elephant he’d just shot. Horrendous! I’ll never eat at another one again!

Love this jimmy johns! I’ve never been in but I order delivery about once a week to a nearby small business and it’s always fast and correct! The food is expensive and my meal is over $ 10 but it’s worth it! It’s very tasty.

Took my order and after they told the cashier that they were out of wheat bread. Manager was nice enough to comp my meal! Totally unexpected and appreciated. Sandwich was great as always!

I am totally a jimmy johns fan ! It was my very first time getting a sandwich from any of the JJ locations. I chose the #17 the ultimate porker, and it was soooo good! The restaurant is very clean and the staff is really nice, I got greeted the moment I walked in (:

Soft, tasty, bread with good fillings. I prefer a crustier bread, but this place works for me.

I don’t know if I have been spoiled by the FM 529 location or what, but this Jimmy John’s is freaky sloooowww, should you elect to pick it up yourself. Oddly, choosing to have it delivered seems to be quicker. I’m thinking the reviewers that are calling this fast have never been to the locations that hand you your sandwich before you are done paying. Now that is freaky fast… Their delivery brings the up a star.

SUPER FAST! Put in an order and by the time I sat down in a chair, it was ready to go!

It was my first time tonight and as impressed as I was with somethings, I was equally unimpressed by some other things. So let me break it down.
1. I walk in, order at the counter. I explain to the gentleman that this is my first time. He seems unphased. I ask what his favorite is and he said in a dour tone «the number six or nine or whatever it is.» He had a terrible attitude and seemed to be completely impatient. Tall, dark haired fellow. I will try to avoid you.
2. I ordered the Totally Tuna. To my surprise, I hear the assembly line yell «Totally Tuna!» And they instantly got to work on my sandwich. By the time I paid, my sandwich was done. I was impressed by this.
3. I was unimpressed however with their lack of customization. I would have loved to add a few thinfs, but this was not answer.
4. I love the potato chips! Awesome and crunchy!
5. The rest of the staff was upbeat and excited and one exceptionally sweet lady even posed when I went (and then didn’t) to take a photo.
I definitely enjoyed myself for the most part! I would love to come back but hope that by that time this young fellow at the counter learns a thing or two about manners.

We didn’t get his name unfortunately, but maybe this guy was having a bad day? Regardless, he should not have treated us the way he did. Would have rather he stayed at home!
Basically, the guy that took our order was very rude, impatient, and tried his best to rush us out. He got the order wrong several times and finally just said «I give up!» and walked away. He apparently did not want to be at work today. The sad thing is that his coworkers and possibly the manager (not certain about her role) observed his behavior and didn’t seem to care. Shame on them!
All Jimmy John’s locations, in our experience, seem to give a rushed feel. I’m guessing due to their motto and commitment to super fast delivery. We are somewhat used to it. Well, it’s no excuse to treat a walk-​in customer as if they are a nuisance. In fact, we expect quite the contrary, a bit higher quality customer experience when face-​to-​face with a service rep.
Good sandwiches, but until this location changes its customer service attitude, we’ll be eating elsewhere. Jimmy, I hope you read this and take action!

Ordered from them for delivery probably 4+ times. Was very impressed with how great the food was and how «freaky fast» the delivery was. Then one day we tried to order (we live less then 2 miles down the street) and they told us they didn’t deliver to our address. I explained that we had ordered numerous times before with no issues, they were like «sorry… We shouldn’t have been delivering to your address, it was a mistake.» 4+ times to my address??! Mistake!!! I was so mad I asked to talk to a manager and they said there was no manager there at the time. I asked for one to call me back, no one ever did. So I wrote a letter, still no response. What a joke. Totally disorganized and ZERO customer service skills happening at that place.

Best jj in town fast friendly and clean they have never messed up on my order and have have to try the JOE # 14 with Vito and tons of sauce and oregano it’s perfect !!!

This is by far our favorite sub place. The food is great, the portions are huge, the staff is friendly, and the service is fast! What can’t you love?
We love the Italian Night Club. The bread and the meat taste amazing. They are actually faster at getting you your food than a fast food chain drive through. This is definitely something that you will crave so BEWARE.
We only have two complaints. One is that they don’t have a very far delivery range. We live 1.5 miles away and they don’t deliver. I know they are missing out on a lot of business because of this and I hope they expand their delivery area.
The other complaint is that they don’t have cut up pickles to go on the sandwich’s. Even if they sold them cut up in a container that would be great. We always pick the subs up and I usually end up cutting a pickle myself and adding it to the sandwich.

We eat here all the time. My family absolutely love the sandwiches! The staff here is just SOOOOOO nice! We met the owner and his family the other night also while we were having dinner. He was awesome and seemed to really care about his customers and employees.

Best fresh deli subs available. Try their applewood smoked ham. Really good for a quick healthy lunch.

I absolutely love Jimmy John’s. The meat is SO much better quality than that other sub place. I’m happy they finally opened a location out in Cypress. My only beef is that they won’t deliver on the other side of 290 to a school which they delivered to multiple times in the past, so they lost a star.
The Italian Night Club is to die for and I can make 2 meals out of it.

Yum! We wanted a fast bite to eat after a morning of yard work and the big name sub place in our neighborhood wasn’t sounding tasty at all. Husband mentioned Jimmy John’s opened in our area and we headed out to try it! Spotless restaurant, great service, and great food. Our sandwiches were ready before we were done filling our drinks. I got the #5 Vito and it had a great Italian vinaigrette. Fast and light bite to eat!

When I think of subs, I look around for Jimmy Johns. No heavy bread, lite, fresh flavor.
