We only go to this place when we’re desperate and no other place is open. Customer service needs to improve if they want customers to come back.

Wrote a review for the wrong kfc lol.

2 stars because the chicken was good, the biscuit was OK, the sides were Ok as well. I ordered the 3 piece meal. They got the order wrong when I pulled up to the window, first issue, but whatever, it happens. But, my hunger was satisfied. The cashier at the drive-​thru, Peter… he was horrible. His customer service actually made me want to back up and leave. It was obvious he didn’t want to be there… he was very condescending… and so rude. I hadn’t been to KFC in years. To come back to a condescending and rude kid named Peter was not welcoming. Also… the drive thru took forever. I might as well have went in and met the other employees other reviews spoke about. KFC Cypress… I won’t be returning.

The Breast Meal here was delicious! Larger than average piece of (succulent) breast meat, freshly cooked, and flowing with juices. The mashed potatoes were moist & the gravy was delicious. Also, the green beans were firm, not soggy or mushy. And the biscuit was freshly baked! If you’re a fan of KFC, definitely give this location a try.

I don’t usually go to KFC and this location reminded me why! First the cashier seemed miserable working there. I got half my order and had to wait for 10min to get the rest of it… No sorry for the wait, nothing! Then I ask for an extra fork no response just grabs it and hands it to me with an irritated look on her face… Finally I go to wash my hands in the restroom and it was nasty. All stuffy, dirty, and poop on toilet seat wtf… I sat next to a window and was joined by these strange looking bugs hanging around the window and on the tile under the table I couldn’t deal with it and dumped my food and left I was so disgusted… If it’s that dirty outside where customers can see imagine the kitchen area!!! 1^st and last time coming here

Desperate times call for desperate measures. I thought their KFC snack sandwiches existed but the cashier rudely said no. Lets start from the beginning actually when they ignored me for 2 minutes and didnt ask me to wait. Moving on, I ended up buying a honey bbq sandwich and it was TERRIBLE! Buns were hard and the meat was falling apart. Waste of $ 3 when I could have bought the famous bowl but after that experience, I am never ever coming back. To add to this horrific experience, there were flies everywhere in the dining table and the fountain drink area was dirty. who knows what the bathroom could have looked like. they need to close this kfc down and bring in something else!

This is the third time they screwed my order and I’m tired of them not calling back naturally you call them and they don’t answer the phone then you can leave a voicemail that they NEVER call back.
First time: I prefer the family meal that was giving a cake for free if you purchased the special. When I ordered it, they said «that promotion expired» then I get an email and see it on the tv when I get home that they are still doing that. Went back and they still wouldn’t honor it.
2^nd time: order 12 peices, was given 8 and 2 biscuits. Called and once again, voicemail and no answer. No call back… of course.
Right now: ordered $ 20 family meal with extra biscuits… they screwed me on the biscuits and screwed me on my side… gave me an extra mash potato but no coleslaw…
All of this within two months and every time they screw up. You pay extra and get screwed. No wonder their commercials suck now as well.

This is absolutely the worst location. They are NEVER prepared. Don’t go in expecting extra crispy, I doubt you’ll get it. The employees just sit there and stare at you when you become upset. Just an FYI ignoring a customer makes the situation even worse. The manager will be in the front yelling at her associates. If you’re going to correct someone, you need to do it in a proper way not go off on them in front of everyone. They bump and recall their orders so it makes them look like they’re actually getting their food out in a timely manner when they’re not.
I have given this location so many chances. The first time they forgot my cole slaw. I drove back because I REALLY wanted my cole slaw. All I got was a «sorry» and it was completely fake. The second time my dad wanted extra crispy, well they didn’t have it. Okay no big deal. IF YOU WOULD HAVE TOLD US THAT WHEN WE ORDERED. Instead they prepared our food then 10 minutes later explained they didn’t have it. This last AND FINAL time, they didn’t have crispy AGAIN, and they gave us a mac and cheese instead of mash potatoes. Good thing I checked it throughly before I left.
I AM SO DONE WITH THIS LOCATION. You will NEVER get my business again.

your usual KFC. the old manager sucked he seemed like a child molester, when my friend worked there she said she felt uncomfortable. either way he’s gone but the food is okay. been going here for years only because this is the closest friend chicken house

Sometimes I receive the extra crispy recipe instead of the original recipe that I order, but I eat it anyway.

I feel like there menu is lacking but maybe that’s just me. The chicken here is hot and crunchy. I’ve never ran into any problems with the staff here. The employees have always served me with speedy service. The store is clean. The outside, however, is a mess. This is a very horrible location with bums crawling everywhere. I’m only willing to stop by during the daytime and with a friend. This one is barely any safer than the one on Magnolia.

The girl at the drive thru window is absolutely atrocious. Doesn’t sound like she wants to be working, is super rude, and on top of that has an attitude. If you don’t like your job so much find a new one!!!

If I could give less than a star, I would.
I was having ordering difficulties with an employee. Nancy did not know how to answer my questions, which were about the popcorn chicken meal. I had a few questions about the side because the meal wasn’t on the menu outside. She didn’t ask me about my sauces, forgot my water cup, and did not repeat my order, even though she claims she did.
Come to find out, SHE’S THE MANAGER IN CHARGE!!! I’m asking for a way to fix the order and she’s giving me attitude. And top it all off, she keeps making faces and jokes with her coworker. Most unprofessional manager I’ve ever worked with.
How hard is it to work at a KFC?! And I work in the food industry too, it can’t be that difficult.

Sometimes we feel like some finger lickin good KFC, and this is the closest location. Located across from Cypress college off Valley View in Cypress offering dine in, or drive thru service. Parking is plentiful and exit to leave onto Valley View is easy peasy.
Their chicken comes in 3 flavors… original, extra crispy or grilled. I always get chivken stripes since I dont like seeing bones in my food. The usually sides Im drawn to are Mac and Cheese, potatoe wedges and mashed potatoes. There needs to be a way to keep the potatoe wedges fresh on the ride home, since they are soggy within 5 minutes. To wash it down they offer Pepsi products, including cherry pepsi.
Their drive thru needs a makeover. Their display menu is very unattractive and un-​inticing. I am very visual and I want to see the deals, see what KFC has to offer. This location does not do it for me. The drive thru speaker is very hard to use. The employees can never hear me, misunderstand me, and sometimes get my order wrong. I ususlly have to repeat myself, then correct them.
KFC is usually 3 Stars here, but lately I have been didpleased.

I wrote corporate about 2 months ago to tell them my terrible experience at this store, two trips with dry un edible food, missing items when I got home and never received a response, I always try to give a business the benefit, but when corporate doesn’t care you can bet the owner of the franchise doesn’t either, either way I’ll never be back and Its a shame because I was going there with my grandma since the late 60s.

Okay the classic drive thru screw up’s by this place, nothing like repeating your order three times than pay and go home !!!
Only to find out guess what even after she read it back to me for the third time she screwed up the order when your customers are hungry and crave the food and decide to get home and enjoy just to find out that classic Joes Pesche frase YOU ALWAYS GET F — -D in the drive-​thru lol

Is it possible to screw up a chicken pot pie? Apparently so at this location. I have had sllloooowwww service here many times but it’s the closest to where I live, but today I ordered at the drive thru and it was slow too but the clincher was when I got my food home to eat.
Never had I eaten a chicken pie from any KFC that had «gravy» so thin… it was like SOUP! Oh yes, and if your going to charge $ 8 bucks for one it had better have as much meat in it as a breast which only costs $ 3 bucks. Geez…

Really KFC you can do better!

I ABSO-​FRICKIN-​LUTLY HATE THIS KFC location!
First of all I don’t eat fried chicken but they now serve grilled but still I HATE THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION!
WHY IS IT the intercom system NEVER WORKS OR you can NEVER UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM SAYING, thus you GET my order WONG EACH AND EVERY TIME! GET the INTERCOM SYSTEM FIXED! And if it does work then YOUR EMPLOYEES NEED TRAINING!
I SHOULD NOT have to repeat myself 6 times, YELLING at the intercom so loud that the people in the next parking lot are staring at me because YOU CAN’T HEAR, CAN’T UNDERSTAND, DON’T COMPREHEND what I am saying! That is RIDICULOUS!
Next the employees act like they DON’T want to work. They are socializing, on their phones texting or emailing when a manager is NOT AROUND, laughing and goofing off, getting my FRICKIN ORDER ALL WRONG! Is it much to ask for service with a smile? To be courteous and polite toward customers, do your job and STOP playing around? That is REALLY NOT A LOT TO ASK of someone that works with the public!
I WOULD NEVER COME HERE but my mom likes your chicken but HATES THE SERVICE! THANK GOODNESS THE recipe has NEVER changed or SHE would NOT BE COMING!
I think if those 2 things were fixed I’d come here because I do like the chicken that is GRILLED, but I HATE BAD SERVICE AND KNOW IT ALL YOUNG-​PEOPLE who don’t have a pot or a window as my grandmother used to say! The majority of the people that work here think they have all the answers but don’t even know the questions? IT IS AMAZING TO ME they managed to dress themselves!
I think I have had one nice server experience but the other 99.9% of the time THE SERVICE SUCKS!
The one star is for the chicken!

This KFC is in fact one of the best in the area.
I like the people that works here. They are very friendly and always provided excellent customer services.
Their food is one of the better one too. Although all KFCs uses same ingredients, but this one does taste alot better than its neighborhood locations.
Try their original combo! Its quite tasty!
