I just went through the drive-thru and when I pulled up there was a huge line my car was actually hanging out into the street. I almost backed out and left thinking you would take forever but they banged out the whole line in about 10 minutes. Not only were they hustling and working quickly they all have great attitudes and greeted you with a smile. I’ll definitely come back by this Taco Bell again. The team seem very motivated and pumped up to bang out the hard work and for the rest of the day.

I don’t normally write reviews but I’ve noticed over the last year that Taco Bell has been making everything a lot smaller. Like today’s purchase of a bean and cheese burrito. Looked more like a tortilla roll. I wish I could load a picture of what it looked like

A bit after 10pm last night we got hungry so I decided to hit my local Taco Bell. Normally, this a quick and efficient fix. I am giving this visit one star because of the food they served me. I ordered one three taco combo, two nachos and a cantina chicken bowl. I got home and was excited to eat my bowl when I realized they had left out the chicken. No big deal as I know people make mistakes, I wish I hadn’t paid over 5 dollars for lettuce, rice, beans and cheese but am not one to usually let minuscule things bother me. As I got two bites into my bowl, I found a long hair woven through my beans and rice. I could not continue eating as this turned me off completely. I settled with eating my nachos and didn’t have anything else. I would urge the employees as this Taco Bell to focus on detail a bit more to avoid these upsets.

This place is horrible. Cashier who work there 0n Thursday, at 2pm. She is deaf. She doesn’t know how to take a order. I dont know why this place put a scarecrow of on the counter. Worst of the worst.

Extremely horrible service. Should’ve checked the name of the girl who took my order… She seemed as if she was irritated when I was double checking to see what I wanted and then she didn’t even give me my order; she literally left it on the counter for me to grab and walked away. I still was polite and thanked her but she was already turned away and chattering with her coworkers. Not sure how this place is still opened judging by the crappy reviews.

this Taco Bell is a basic drive thru fast food place. i know some other taco bells run out of freezes but these guys rarely do. they just remodeled the drive thru order machine which has a displayable menu and what you ordered its great.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I was coming home from school and decided to order something so I pulled up. No one answered for 5 minutes and by that time I was annoyed. The employee laughing and almost breathless asks what I want so I 2 Cheese Quesadillas with extra sauce and a chalupa. When I got home and opened the bag there was absolutely nothing in the cheese Quesadilla. I ordered extra ingredients and in exchange I got nothing but the tortilla. So I decided to open the chalupa and I got a stale chalupa with yellowing lettuce and bad beans. Never go here! Horrible service and Crap food.

So, I pull into this Taco Bell at around 11:52 pm and observe two males walk away from the window with their order. No worries. 11:53pm, I sit at the fully lit drive thru menu board, patiently waiting to be greeted. 11:56pm, nobody comes. So, I drove to the pick up window and knocked on the glass a couple times, and could see the employees inside. By this time, I said screw it and got out of my car and went to the walk up windows and observed three employees in the back in what looked like they were hiding from me. One walked up when I yelled to them«is there a reason nobody is working the drive thru?» He replied with«we’re actually closed already». This was a heavy set Hispanic male. I pointed to the sign on the window and said«its not midnight, it’s 11:56pm and I’ve been here since 11:52, but your telling me your already closed?“At that moment he then proceeded to tell me «well we actually ran out of food» I then said«ok just give me your corporate phone number and I’ll be on my way» Around that time a lady came forward and said«what do you want?» I told them«I want what I asked for your phone number to corporate please». Another female in the back said right around the 11:57 moment«only 3 more minutes!» I literally laughed out loud because these are the same people that think they deserve $ 15/hr? Give me a break. So big boy returned from the back about two minutes later with a phone number that was written out like it is a number to Mexico. I got in my car and went down the street to Del Taco and gave them my business. While in line I called the number given, but guess what? It doesn’t work! Why am I not surprised? I will get the correct number and report these people. To make matters worse, I drove back by around 12:10am and all the exterior lighting, sign lighting, drive thru lighting, and parking lot lighting remained on, leading people to believe the place is still open. I will never give another penny to this Taco Bell, I will go elsewhere, or find a different one.

This taco bell is weird. They’re usually out of specific items. I tried ordering one of their freezes a while back, and they said they ran out. Similarly, today I ordered a beefy cheddar crunchwrap slider, and my food was good, but they only had fire sauce and the green sauce. They had run out of mild and medium sauces. That was weird. Another time, I ordered three loaded grillers, and they only gave me two and I didn’t realize until I had already left the location. This location is only a drive through in addition to a take out window where people can walk up. It’s definitely in need of an upgrade.

This location is not my favorite. There is no inside to eat your food, you only have the choice of two tables on the side of the building or in your car. Food was still good, just not my fav location. I still LOVE Taco Bell… please don’t judge, every foodie has a guilty pleasure!

I’ve worked down the street from this Taco Bell for just over 8 years. Up until recently, it’s always been mediocre. Exactly what i’d expect from Taco Bell. Sadly, messing up my orders 3 times in a row prompted me to finally give this place a bad review. Ordered: 3 Tacos, 199 cent nachos. Asked for Fire sauce. Got: 3 Tacos, 1 bag of chips. No nacho cheese, no Fire sauce. I’ll be driving the extra half mile down to the Taco Bell on Valley View.

The most revolting food I have ever attempted to consume. I ordered a taco & burrito. Both had a white creamy substance on them. Mayo? Pseudo-sour cream? Something biological? Something inorganic? I have no idea, but it was really disgusting. I do feel bad giving the place one star because the service was good. I wish I could give it another ½ star.

This is the most basic model Taco Bell around. It’s strictly a drive-thru establishment with a walk-up order window, three tables outside and nothing else. I’ve never had a problem with ordering here, so at least they are on top of their game in that aspect. I have to give three stars because the tables outside aren’t really comfortable and for half the day the sun is setting right into your face. During the summer, it sucks. Usually I’d be going to the drive-thru but on the occasions where I walk, I always take the food somewhere else. They’ll also give you refills on drinks if you ask them, since the soda fountain machine is inside. They also get lots of visits from either the owner or management or something. On more than one visit, I’ve seen someone inside in a suit or whatever, inspecting everything. Both times I ate outside, and the employee came outside and started asking us lots of questions with her headset on. I caught on and realized that she probably had to do it because the guy inside was making her, but she was asking things like, «How is the food?» «Do you come here often?» «Do you like other Mexican food?» «If you could change anything, what would you change?» «Can you guys speak any Spanish?» I could tell she DIDN’T want to ask me these things. I’m almost 99% sure she was told to. Listen, if I wanted to take a survey, I’d do your online survey or something, but don’t make your employees ask your customers like 239487293429734240 questions while they are eating. Jeez. :|
