The food is generally good but the evening crews are really lazy. Since it is the holidays we have actually ordered there 3 times in one week for family or friends. The 2 times we ordered through the drive through in the evenings the first employee said they stopped selling pot stickers completely (and they are on both drive thru and inside menu boards) tonights order they said that they were out of them. two different stories in 2 different nights but when we order inside they will make them no problem. out of frustration for being lied to we will not return here again. who knows what else they are taking the easy way out of doing??? laziness never good

Does not have baby changing station in restrooms. Deplorable! Any public businesses must have the necessary equipment to run lawfully. Changing stations needed in both restrooms. My star rating would be higher if there was a changing station for baby dirty diapers.

Ugh, flavorless food served fast. Something about this location… Food just doesn’t seem to have the flavor that Panda usually has.
Dining room was disgusting, had to clean our own table prior to eating, garbage cans over flowing, just gross.

I know this is a chain and there are probably twenty here in Houston but this one is exceptionally good. I love the Beijing beef and the Orange chicken. Amazing. And the service is fast and friendly. Havent had a problem with their food yet. You always get your moneys worth. I usually get half and half sides. I feel like you get more. Rice and veggies. And then three entrees. Delicioua. But a bit greasy.

My family LOVES Panda Express. I usually get the Orange Chicken & Beijing Beef w/​fried rice… my daughter (4) gets orange chicken kids meal — the girl finishes hers and then eats half mine. lol My husband’s order varies and he is always pleased. Everything tastes fresh, warm and consistent.
The staff is usually fantastic. I’ve only had one bad experience with a certain staff member. — the food was still great though.
Also, Don’t forget to do the survey on your receipt… It gives you a FREE a la carte meat at your next visit. You can’t beat that!

Usual at this location as it’s close to the job. They are quite cordial employees. They do give an abundant amount of «side items» and one scoop u an entrée! I mean if u gonna call it an entrée help me to more of it!
