Sam was extremely quick in showing up within 20 minutes of our call. He and his partner were very courteous, knowledgable and offered a fast assessment of what the problem was. Within 10 minutes the problem was fixed! He also took the time to explain a couple other issues that could surface down the road – which we will keep an eye on. Would be great if more vendors were like this.

Sam is knowledgable, honest, and friendly. Had a issue with power loss in one of my rooms and he instructed me to do a few things before even making an appointment and it worked. Sam could have just as easily come out and charged me a service call to do the same thing. Thank you Sam
