Staff wad inattentive this day. Waited for someone to notice to seat us. Group of wait staff just hanging out together even though almost every seat was filled. My spouse enjoyed the buffalo chick sandwich, but my mango chili chicken was room temp. When you have a captive clientele and will never see them again, I guess it doesn’t matter to them. Also, the place had a lot of dust!

Went to a few other restaurants in DFW to find outrageous prices and lackluster staff. Chili’s Too in the C terminal is excellent compared to the rest. A little more expensive than a normal chili’s but it’s in an airport so I assumed as much. Staff is super friendly and actually smiling, and our food made it to us pretty quickly. Not terribly loud around the 6 o’clock hour surprisingly. Highly recommend just hitting up chili’s too if you don’t want mcdonald’s but also don’t want to spend 16 $ on appetizers(looking at you cantina Laredo). Grace was an excellent server and didn’t make us feel like we were stuck in an airport. She even refilled he chips and salsa before I could ask!

The shrimp tacos were good but the bartender was so slow I almost missed my flight! They also took forever to seat me. No one seemed to be in a rush, even though their customers are clearly on a tight schedule.

Expectations for airport food: staff is time sensative, electrical outlets are available, and the food is average chain food. Let’s compare this Chili’s to the above expectations. Chili’s does a good job managing time with constant attention to their guests. I have never noticed electrical outlets nor have I been asked if I need seated near an outlet in my two Chili’s experiences. As for the food quality, it is average chain food. While I didn’t notice other guests getting wrong orders, I unfortunately did, not once, but both times I’ve dined here. The first time I ordered my food to go and only got half of the order. The second time I ordered a salad with no chicken and got the salad with chicken. Note: both experiences were with the same waiter.

This is not where this restaurant is located. DFW airport is not downtown!

I think Chili’s Too is great for airport food. It is exactly what you are thinking… a little baby Chili’s.

After flying a few hours from San Diego, the best city on Earth, we made a quick lay over at DFW. We were hungry and tried to find a place to sit down to get a decent airport meal. TGIF was packed so we walked down a bit further and decided on Chili’s. You all know the menu, burgers, chicken sandwiches, salads, fajitas.etc. What set this place apart was the service! Our server was friendly, outgoing and took care of us. We got our food piping hot and our drinks were never emptied. If I roll through the DFW and get stuck for a bit, this will be a place I would go to again.

While not as good as the Chili’s Too at LAX airport certainly was A-OK and worth going too again. The chili was a bit salty but the tortilla chips with salsa were great and so was the house salad. Certainly made for a good, solid lunch prior to boarding coach and enjoying a great meal of NOTHING…

Nothing too out of the ordinary. Servers at the bar were nice and pretty quick, the food was fine, but it was a little hot, not sure if it was just the way it is laid out or what. Beer prices weren’t as bad as I’ve seen in some other airports, and nice that they offer different items than you might get at other airport watering holes.

The food was okay. well, i went here for breakfast. And for an airport restaurant, they aren’t bad. At first I wondered why the waiter gave me the check so early and I realized, well, im in an airport and most people are eat and go due to schedule. So, if you come here and eat, don’t feel that you are being kicked out early. I got the soft taco breakfast and added sausage for meat. it was good. around $ 8 – 9 i think.

If you have been to DFW as often as I have, you will know that Terminal C is nothing short of a joke for food. Smart advice: Take the tram to Terminal A for something better, if you have the time that is. If you really are stuck in Terminal C, this abridged version of Chili’s will suffice for a meal. They are quick with their service with knowing that people have to get going, as well as accommodating for lonely parties of just one. I believe the only other option in Terminal C worth mentioning is a TGIF.

This is a nice place to eat while you have some time to kill in the Dallas Airport. The service is good and I found the food very good as well. I will definitely go back next time I fly through DFW

You gotta cut this place some slack given that’s its in an airport. I do regret not getting some more«Texan» food in the other terminals given I was in Dallas. Service was great! Had the buffalo chicken salad and Tex Mex enchiladas. I left full and happy! =)

Crispy chicken crispers with fries and a side of ranch. Mango iced tea. Waiter was nice, though the upsell ALL of the servers did was annoying. Quiet in the back, but some good music was playing. Small menu, but most of the better Chili’s items. Fast service.

I get that it’s an airport Chili’s and everything was a little rushed, but the food was okay. The food just wasn’t as fresh and the same as a regular chili’s. The plus is that the waitress was really nice and the service was really fast to get you in and out to be on time for your flight.

Hi, I’m Andrea and I’m a Chili’s buffalo chicken salad addict. I think it’s probably time to get help. I should have come to this realization before since I’ve booked it over to terminal 3 from terminal 1 at O’Hare more than once after my flight to get my fix. And surely I should have noticed this problem when I talked the take out people into giving me the super secret takeout phone number so I could place my order from the plane. When I come home I just can’t wait to savor every fried, ranch covered morsel. Mmmmm… Anyways, I know I’m a freak but this is my favorite salad ever. All 990 calories of it. And this particular Chili’s makes the tastiest one of them all. OK, probably a little unfair to my O’Hare friends since I actually eat this one inside the restaurant, but still. The lettuce and tortilla strips were crisp, the pico de gallo tasted fresh, and the chicken was hot and juicy. So good! My dreams were crushed awhile back when I found out that nothing at Chili’s is fresh(that’s right, nothing, everything is pre marinated and frozen — probably should not be a surprise) but when it comes to airport food, you can’t get any better.

Had a couple hour layover here and stopped in to have lunch. It’s your basic Chili’s and the food was pretty good. I was also impressed with our server because she looked around to find a list of gluten-free items on the menu for my mom. The location itself though wasn’t great. There were more tables shoved in there than there should have been, so we were very close to everyone around us(who seemed to find our conversation amusing because they kept looking over and smirking).

So glad Chili’s Too was still open when we got to DFW and were waiting for our next flight. Service was very nice and the food was okay. The quesadillas I had were a little salty and the guacamole had a «vinegary» taste but, all-in-all not too bad. So, for operating hours, great service, a MUCHNEEDED glass of Texas-brewed iced tea and decent food is why I gave it 3 stars.

Brutal layover in Terminal C(move over Cancer, here comes DFW) meant searching for sustenance in a place dominated by the most processed, most colon assaulting«food» purveyors known to modern fast food culture. On the outward journey, I’d stopped by the equally depressing TGIFriday’s, so on this leg, after pacing back and forth for a full 30 minutes, I drooped on in to Chili’s, Too. What’s really not fair about my review is that it doesn’t reward service. My server was extremely pleasant, and I’ve found that to be the case with most DFW employees. But when you’re 6 hours in to a 12 hour travel day, you don’t need lavish service, you need to be left the hell alone. Note: If you are, in fact, one of those folks who desperately loves the faux companionship and mindless chattery of airline travel, please pay attention to my facial expression when our paths cross. It says, quite clearly, «Don’t talk to me.» Anyway, at 9:45 am you’re in Chili’s/Texas limbo. Breakfast ends at 10 and booze is not yet unavailable. So I waited and read the menu. Then I reread it. Then I turned it upside down and squinted at it. No luck. It’s all the same. Only the names, from the ungodly Quesadilla Explosion Salad to the sadistically redundant Crispy Chicken Crispers, distinguish one hunk of Chili’s slop from the next. I went with a Bloody Mary and some chicken crispers, swapping salad for fries(and paying extra for it). Naturally, the salad was full of processed cheese, corn niblets, and iceberg lettuce that was globally warmed and wilted. Also, it had the exact same dressing as the chicken fingers, so I had a nearly complete set of honey mustard crocks on the table. The chicken was tragic. Sub-school lunch. I cut it up and made a salad and choked it down in honor of the tortured animal whose only reason for existing was to bloat yet another traveler washed up on the shore of this culinary purgatory. I hastened my own death in doing so and wondered, fleetingly, whether chickens dream of revenge. My long awaited Bloody Mary was shockingly anemic and in need of a transfusion, and at $ 7 its colorful appearance of red and green assumed the metaphorical qualities of blood and money lost, siphoned off into the belly of a beast that will consume us all. This is how the airport Chili’s will make you feel, Too.

Since we had a couple of hours before our flight, we decided to have lunch here. We were seated promptly. As we placed our order, I decided to start off with just a cup of chili since I wasn’t sure if I was really hungry(very sleepy). My husband placed his order of Quesadilla then Joyce(waitress) turned to me and said«you are gonna order a real meal right?». i found her attitude to be very rude and annoying. What if that’s all I wanted… My husband’s Quesadilla came but there were no extra jalapenos as he requested and no guacamole as the menu said. After he was half way done, Joyce came by giggling that they forgot the guacamole. She then went and brought him some in a small cup. I asked for some hot sauce and Joyce brought me Tabasco. I asked if she had any other(hotter) sauce and she said that Tabasco is all they have. I find it funny that a place that calls itself Chili’s and even has a red chili as their logo, only carries Tabasco. The chili was good but there was too much cheese for my liking. After I was done, I asked for the chicken enchilada soup. Told her to not add any cheese over it, but when I got it, it was covered in cheese. Rolled eyes and just pushed the melting cheese off my cup. Although the service was poor and deserves one star, I have to say that the food tasted good. So I’m rounding off my rating as 3 for the whole experience.
