So so good!!! I live down the street, I am a huge Zoe’s fan so I felt guilty considering its next door haha… but I reeealllyy wanted a delicious salad for lunch and I love snappy salads but prices are super high so I thought I’d give the place a try. It exceeded my expectations and it was SOGOOD. Very fresh, lots of options, I did the«street taco» salad. They get the ingredients and actually chopped with a knife on the cutting board to mix everything and the proportions were perfect. Everything was perfectly tossed, no wilted lettuce afterwards, everything was still CRISPY. I now understand the name. Chicken was very lean, perfectly seasoned and cooked, moist-not dry at all. Served cold. Next time I will sub avocado for the bacon for a healthier fat but i am a huge bacon lover and I wanted to try out their signature option and it was spot on. Very very impressed, I will be back plenty more times Great price, great quality, great beverage options. Thank you Crisp salad for a great experience.

Great salads. The atmosphere is clean and Modern. Staff is friendly and helpful. They have Dublin pop products Order the street taco because their tortilla strips are outstanding and the bacon is soooo yummy.

I ordered a steak salad with truffle dressing, expecting it to be bomb. However the steak was really dry and seasoned with something weird. The croutons were stale and dressing was disappointing. For a $ 12 salad I was expecting something much better, and most likely will not revisit. There are other salad places that have better salads.

Crisp has become my lunch time default. There are times that I want to go specifically to Crisp, but there are other days where nothing really sounds good, but I know Crisp will still deliver a tasty meal that I won’t have to eat begrudgingly. The street taco has become my go to salad, and although the jalapeño ranch that comes with it is great, to mix it up, try the sweet and smokey chipotle! I love that they chop everything up, so that awkward salad bites are less frequent. I noticed some of the reviews mention a lack of protein, but I have never felt this way. Perhaps they’ve stepped up their game in the meat department because I feel like there is always plenty of chicken in my salad! A big thumbs up to Crisp!

This place is consistently delicious! I’ve come several times and have chosen several different menu items. My personal favorite is the Street Taco and Thai It Up. It’s a fast casual restaurant that serves custom or signature salads or wraps. All salads are chopped and tossed with the dressing of your choice. A the top end of the price range for a fast casual salad(the highest at 11.95) but the portions are large and the atmosphere is lovely with an industrial chic vibe.

Solid ingredients. Interesting combinations. Mixed with just the right amount of dressing. Really hard to beat for a light but hearty lunch. Was a little worried about the lack of «real» soda in the fountain, but they have bottles of diet coke and diet dr pepper to supplement. Couldn’t be happier.

We arrived just as they were opening for the day, but you would have thought we were the very first customers ever. The staff behind the counter was very unorganized and confused about what they should be doing. Since we were there at 11am on a Saturday you would expect fresh lettuce — after all that is what they serve — salad! It was far from fresh. It was wilted! The chicken wasn’t much better either; it was dry and tasteless. For a $ 15 salad & bottle water, I expect excellent quality ingredients. I will not be back.

I’ve ordered from here a couple times from favor. The ingredients certainly seem fresh but the protein portions are extremely extremely small. It would be one thing if these were $ 5 – 7 salads but there isn’t a single one thats under $ 10. When ordering a $ 13 or so salad one would expect portions and ingredient sizes to match that. These guys are apparently shooting for a less than 5−10% food cost on anything they put out based upon their insane pricing specially for not even being all organic. There is simply no value for dollar here just endless price gouging. Skip out on this for pretty much anywhere else.

I’ll start by mentioning I ordered via Doorstep Delivery which was 45 mins late(not sure who’s at fault for that) I agree with the other posts about it being overpriced. I ordered the Superfood and MAYBE got 2 – 3TINYHALF pieces of shrimp. The bowl was the size of a very very small cereal bowl. The rest of the salad was soaked and lathered in the Lemon Vinaigrette dressing WAYTOO much. I asked for the dressing on the side so that didn’t happen. I couldn’t eat it. It was like stuffing your mouth with a handful of Sour Patch candy. So that was really disappointing. I’m not a meat eater just fish so I don’t see me trying this place out again. $ 15 lesson learned.

Wow. This is my new favorite restaurant. I travel to Dallas quite frequently and im always looking for a quick, healthy lunch and Crisp has delivered just that. The whole experience is great. Friendly staff, variety of ingredients to pick or pre-made options, and all made right there on the spot, chopped to perfection. I just wish they had Crisp everywhere in America.

The food was good here, and it was nice they had some signature options as well as the ability to build your own salad. I tried the southwestern salad and the wife had a custom salad with chicken. Mine was chopped and well mixed with a good amount of ground beef on top(yes I probably didn’t go with the healthiest option). The dressing was good and had just the right amount. The patio had shade and a nice breeze despite it being probably around 95 degrees that evening. They also have real sugar Dublin sodas that were quite good, as well as a couple iced teas. As other posters have said, it’s a bit expensive at about 10 – 12 for a salad with protein, but I think the prices are reasonable for the area and on par with similar concepts. And it was enough food to be full, which doesn’t always happen with salad. I will probably be back to try out some of the other tasty sounding options.

Nice location, tasty salads and fantastic customer service. Just be aware that the wraps are smaller than the salads, but are the same price. Tried their Bahn Mi and it was very good.

A coworker of my wife’s opened this place a few years back, so maybe I’m partial, but DAMN. Love it here. I always order the chick pea salad with the lemon tahini dressing. It’s amazing. Little crispy crumbles of falafel sort of nestle in with the chick peas… anyway, I digress. The salads are made to order and customized however you want, but if you’re like me, you’ll go with the suggestions on the menu board(plus a couple of your own tweaks). Everything is chopped and tossed VERY well, so you never have to face the challenge of cramming an enormous forkful of whole leaves into your mouth while looking sane and not-gross. People here seem to be complaining about the price, to which I have one reply: you get what you pay for. If you want a slab of meat on top of a cheap pile of wilted veggies, go to McDonald’s. If you want something fresh, flavorful, homemade, and enjoyable, come to Crisp. Two thumbs up.

Tried this place tonight and was not impressed. You are basically paying $ 10 – 12 for a bowl of lettuce and a lot of dressing and a couple of pinches of other ingredients. Think Costco sample size. I supposedly substituted spicy chicken for shrimp on the Superfood salad(they actually have some other salads that have superfoods in them, not so much this one). Anyway, the few pieces of chicken that I picked out weren’t spicy in the least. Meh. My wife had the steakhouse salad that she wasn’t impressed with and they messed up her order to boot. 2 crappy salads, and 2 fountain drinks for $ 27. and we had to get our own plastic utensils and bus our table. They also own exactly ONE high chair, which was being used so we had to borrow one from Zoe’s next door. Message received. They also don’t have any nutritional information on their website or in their restaurant, so if you’re one to pay attention to that sort of thing you’re out of luck. One last thing, their sign says«Chef Prepared». Now I’m not a lawyer, but I’m pretty sure the vapid teen mixing my tiny bowl of rabbit food and salad dressing was not any sort of trained culinary professional.

The new Crisp is so awesome. Salad Guy really knocked it out of the park with this location. Easily the Best salad in Dallas. Try the Greenville Cobb or Street Taco

Ok salad but way overpriced. I came here for lunch with my mom one afternoon. We ordered the Thai salad, a cup of tomato basil soup and the street taco salad. Both salads were made right then and there. The ingredients seemed fresh and I loved that they chopped everything up so it wasn’t huge chunks. My only complaint is the lack of meat. The Thai salad came with three tiny shrimp and the street taco salad came with about 3 oz of chicken. The lettuce ratio compared to everything else was a bit much. It was basically a lettuce salad with an occasional surprise of a different flavor. The Thai salad was $ 12 and the street taco salad $ 10. I personally feel that’s a bit high for those two salads considering the lack of meat and other items. The inside is cute. A very clean feel. There’s parking along the side or in the underground lot. Overall an ok place. I’m glad I tried it but it’s not a place I’ll frequent unless they decide not to skimp on the meats. $ 10 – 12 per salad is a lot for lettuce and dressing

Chipotle for salad go-ers. Fair concept. It was alittle pricey for me, but good variety of veggies & other fixins’. You customize your salad or choose from theirs. No red onion on the bar, so that was disappointing. menu didn’t display option of adding veggies to signature salad i.e. avocado to my Killer Kale at 8.55, cheapest of them just a So-So for me

The best salad I’ve had in my life. Exceptionally fresh and tasty. I had the Greenville Cobb and couldn’t have asked for better at any price.
