This pizza place as the perfect amount of different styles of your pizza. I love there pepperoni pizza with the thin crust. But still has some great pizza toppings. I suggest that you should come here for a great tasty pizzas.

How cheap can a place get? Asking if you want parmesan cheese and peppers then charging you for them without telling you there is a charge is poor customer service and cheap. What’s next, charging for salt and pepper?

WORST PIZZA EVER!!! Undercooked and if they put any less topping on it, they could have called it a cheese pizza. I can’t think of many things worse than waiting in anticipation for your dinner to be delivered and then ending up making a sandwich, because the stuff you paid good money for, had delivered and tipped for, from a company that specializes in the product was so bad you couldn’t even give it to the dog.
Chinese next time!!!

I don’t know why, but our pizza always arrives cold and kind of hard. We’ve tried it 5 times and each time, the pizza arrives the same way. We are less than 2 miles away. So we’ve stopped ordering from them. We want want we pay for & hard crust & ingredients is not fair.

This location is the worst. They take routinely up to an hour or more making your order, as they hide in the back talking to each other stacking boxes. They make orders very sloppy too. Management should be ashamed.

Lovely little artisan mom & pop type pizza joint — very impressed a local spot like dominoes Italian grille goes the extra mile to offer delivery. Don’t go to the «big chain» pizza restaurants and support local business here.

This dominos location is the best i have ever had. I recently moved here and have gotten dominos in the past. But never with this quality!

Love this Dominos location. You can always rely on great pizza from Dominos, but the customer service at this location goes above and beyond. Been in store a few times and they are always very friendly. I mostly order online, and the process is so seamless. You can customize all you like online and have all their coupons accessible. You can track the order throughout the entire process, and they are speedy with the delivery. Not to mention all the delivery drivers are very nice! So far they have all gone out of their way to come up to my actual door of my unit (after calling and getting permission of course) instead of making me come down the elevators to get the pizza.
Overall tasty and fresh pizza along with great service.

This place is not worth the effort. Ordered a medium pizza, nothing fancy. Two hours later and it still hadn’t arrived, and in fact it never arrived. I called for a refund and who knows if I’ll ever get that either. Go somewhere else if you want to actually eat.

This is basically just like any other Dominos you’ll visit in your life.
I just wanted to point out the last time I went, I’m pretty sure I could have ordered a side of weed from the clerk working the register. I ordered the 16 piece Parmesan bites and he says «dude, it comes in 16 pieces? Are you sure we make that?»
Yes, ass hat, it’s on the huge menu above your head.
3 stars for entertainment value and damn good Parmesan bites. Dude, they even come in 16 pieces!

This review is specifically for the customer service and delivery. I mean, you know what you’re getting with the food :) They always deliver quickly. My order is ALWAYS right, and the delivery people are always very friendly! I would recommend this store for delivery anytime :)

Terrible service, 45 minutes later and they still haven’t started on my pizza that’s ridiculous! I ordered a medium pepperoni. Then I called and they said it would take an hour and 45 mins to 2 hours!
Then it takes 3 days to refund my money.
Very sad that this is what dominos is now if give them 0 stars if I could after many mishaps at this store I finally am going to complain! Not that they read this or anything.

Not to say that the food from this dominos is not good, but as a vegan, I consistently order pizza without cheese. When I place an online order from this particular domino’s, they call for a 10 minute convo about «wait…no cheese… are you sure? That’s weird.» Some people don’t eat cheese, it’s not that weird. Thanks for confirming my request, but do you mind NOT acting like I’m a freak of nature? Thanks.

For chain food places, you pretty much know what you’re getting with the food, so the rest of the review is all about service. Their delivery drivers are seriously the nicest folks i’ve had deliver anything, and they are very fast getting you the order!

This place is terrible! Awful. I ordered a pizza from here late at night while I was staying at a hotel in the area and it NEVER came. My credit card was charged, that’s for sure. I tried calling back and no one answered. The next day, I called asking for a refund and they told me they didn’t have my order on file. After more digging, they found it but instead of giving me a refund, they tried to persuade me to just come in and «pick up my order.» I was PISSED. And apparently their manager is the only person who can issue refunds, who only works on the NIGHT SHIFT. So now I have to call back and re-​explain everything again before they deem my order «refundable.» Don’t waste your time. Who knows if your money will be stolen, too.

I swear this Domino’s location knows my order before I even place it. I use the app and it is usually delivered hot, ready and made to order in 10 – 15 min! My favorite pizza is the spinach feta artisan. You must try! And their pastas are so yummy too. Drivers are always nice too!
