Just got home from a great night! It was my first visit and it won’t be my last!!’ Thanks for a great Birthday outing! My waitress Jordan was amazing! We had a party of 8 and she worked her butt off… she was funny attentive and never left us waiting for our next drink. Frankie’s has a great atmosphere good music and the food was great as well. If your looking for a new spot then no matter where you live in the DFW Frankie’s in Dallas is the spot. One last shot out to Jordan she was awesome!!!

I came here after work with my hubby,(I work downtown) pretty nice set up, great atmosphere, but we were still waiting for food for more than an hour. Waiter very nice wasn’t her fault. She had like 4 more tables at the same time. You guys need more employees, we were very hungry and moody when we left, ended up getting our food to go. I’m never coming back.

GREATFOOD, with a real wide menu of choices. GREATDRINKS, especially during happy hour. No matter where you are seated you will have the view of multiple televisions. Great place to either catch a quick meal, watch the game or hangout with friends in the«underground»

The beer cheese soup tasted very good however it was barely warm. I had the BBQ chicken Thai flatbread and it was wonderful. Highly recommend this dish. Drink menu is extensive too.

Stopped in for a quick bite after a 3 hour flight and I was HANGRY! Very cool and modern sports bar. Tv’s everywhere. Not a bad seat in the house. Waitresses were sweet and friendly. Ordered the Thai BBQ chicken flatbread and my BF had the Larry Bird chicken burger with sweet potato fries. Food was delicious and was served quickly. I don’t drink beer but they seem to have quite the selection. Would recommend to anyone

Quite the disappointment. Came here expecting to visit a cool looking sports bar on a Sunday afternoon to watch some football. To say it was underwhelming is an understatement. It took 35 minutes to get two diet sodas. Then, my buffalo chicken pizza came out and it wasn’t even cut! I have probably had about a 100 pizzas in my life(most likely more) and that is a first. It took probably 15 minutes to get someone’s attention about my food. After the waitress came back and apologized, the pizza was mediocre at best. It was now cold from sitting for so long and dry and not much flavor. The one saving grace was our waitress, Hailey. She was friendly and tried her best to compensate for what seems like a system that has her set up failure. I don’t want to hear that it was a football Sunday bc I go to bars for NFL Sundays quite often and none was this bad of service(again, not the waitress’s fault. She tried her best). With about 8 tables around us that she was serving, each table consistently had empty beer glasses and a 20 minute wait before my empty glass is even noticed and another 20 for a new beer just isn’t going to cut it. I think this place has potential but the managerial staff needs to a better job of setting their workers up for success. Won’t be back to watch football with how it is now.

** I know I’ve said this already, but one of the hottest spots downtown. Went on a Friday, and the DJ(Chris) is f’in phenomenal. DJ’ing for 20+ years and guy know his stuff. Wait staff, food, management, 5⁄5. If you’re in Dallas, this is a spot to be.

Great sports bar — no location is without view of a TV. Great for Sunday Night Football when staying at a downtown hotel. Very good service and a nice selection of cocktails and beers. We had the Thai Chicken BBQ flatbread and BBQ pulled-pork sliders. Both were excellent — we will be back next time in Dallas.

Service is extremely slow every time I go and I think this will be the last time I come over here for food. I think drinks will be it.

Went to Frankie’s to watch the fight with a big group on Friday and to my surprise, this place is awesome! We got there in time to grab a big table down stairs and it was perfect… They have TVs everywhere so you don’t have to get up to able to see and the big chairs were nice and comfy, also the service was great they over exceeded my expectations big time! I ordered the BYO burger, hubby ordered the chicken wrap(hot) and my Gf had the margarita pizza. The kitchen got my burger mixed up but they were quick to fix it and it was delish, the wrap was a little too hot but he was warned:) and the pizza was good but could have been better with some meat! The drinks weren’t over priced at all and our server made sure we didn’t wait on refills! Great serves, ambience and food… can’t wait to go back and try something else!

We walked down to Frankie’s for snacks and drinks last night and both of us really liked it. We were there during happy hour and tried a number of the listed drinks and food items. We had the pulled-pork sliders, regular and sweet potato fries, and ahi tuna nachos. The food came pretty fast, the presentation was very nice, and we would order all of it again. The sliders and the nachos both have a spicy kick to them. Of the drinks that were on the happy hour menu, both of us liked the Moscow Mule the best. It has a lot of ginger in it and was so good. I also liked the frozen margarita — it was almost like a key lime frozen margarita. There’s a lot of other things on the menu that we’ll be back to try. Service was excellent. We had two different waitresses helping us, and one of them checked on us frequently. The atmosphere was great — lots of people, tons of tv screens where everyone can see them. It will be nice to sit out front on warmer evenings. We’ll be back!

Unlimited mimosas for $ 13-$ 14 on a Sunday from 11am to 4pm, need I say more? We went to watch football around 11:30am on a Sunday and easily found a table. The Cowboys weren’t playing until that night, so maybe we got lucky on seating. By 2pm, it was packed! They have A LOT of TVs with their full game schedules listed, so it’s easy to pick a table based on your teams! They will not turn the TVs until the scheduled games end, so if your team’s game runs into OT, you are still good! :) Their fried pickles and southwest grilled chicken salad with guac are super yummy! The salsa that came with the salad is HOT just as a warning! Clean environment, fun atmosphere, attentive staff, and a great place to hang with friends! Next time I will have to try their underground bar!

This was our first visit at this location & we loved it! Really wish the Lewisville location didn’t have to close their doors, that was our fav spot to watch the games! Anyhow, the food & service were great! Just get there early during football season for good seats!

It’s about time downtown gets a new place for the lunch crowd! Frankie’s is going to make the nearby restaurants step up their game. I went during lunch to check it out. The layout and décor is great and cozy. It would be really easy to sit back in one of the comfy chairs or booths and forget you have to go back to work. TVs are everywhere and music can be heard in the outdoor seating area. There is plenty to choose from on the menu yet not overwhelming. I chose the supreme pizza and it was soooo good! I must try a burger next time. Happy hour is M-F 11:00 — 7:00 and all day on Tuesdays. I’ve heard the Underground is really nice so hopefully I’ll get to see for myself. Oh and prices aren’t bad either. My 12 inch supreme was $ 10.99 and they even threw in a cookie in my to go bag :-)

Woohoo! Downtown Dallas needs more places like this! I’m so impressed by this new joint in my neighborhood that actually lives up to the hype after so many other downtown disappointments. Excellent service. Love the industrial upscale vibe upstairs and the cool prohibition feel of the Underground. Fantastic cocktails, food happy hour specials and service! Extra credit for creating a sports bar that doesn’t have a sports bar vibe. Thank you Frankie’s and welcome to Downtown!

Frankie’s chuck E cheese for adults overt glitzy façade, with catchy pop hits piping from the street and an orange neon glow emanating around the big Frankie’s logo etched in frosted glass above the door, didn’t facilitate much hope of offering comfort or charm to this downtown hipster, who admittedly favors dark eclectic lounges over females in midriffs and the stoic competitive spirit of one D macho sports dudes. Yet Frankie’s is quit comforting on the inside deftly littered with many big screen TVs, photographs of Dallas, hanging Edison bulbs and helpful caring bartenders who actually seemed to try. «Have you been here before?» The athletic bar men warmed sincere. «No.» I answered. «It’s happy hour all day.» He advised with a solicitation that is often missing from Dallas’ downtown, mostly dirty, bar caves where apathetic bar workers jaded from slow business often seem to actually avoid customers, with exception to faithful regulars. $ 5 Chardonnay and a $ 5 hummus soon arrived as I moved to a sidewalk patio table To decompress after a long day at work. Frankie’s might not be reinventing the wheel but it’s product and staff is firmly trying and succeeding. The large bar food menu has a few surprises like strawberry goat cheese flatbread and other perfect simple snacks to wash down alcoholic drinks with. Dallas’ downtown main street gets another new shiny penny in its evolution toward a proper nightlife. You might feel like you’re in a cool airport sports bar, but you’ll have a good patio view and less frenzied travelers with luggage.

In Dallas for business, roaming town looking for places to grab a beer with some coworkers. Stumbled on this place on their opening night. As soon as I heard it was opening night I quickly had flashbacks of other opening nights I’ve been to… slow service, issues with food, etc., etc. They call it working out the kinks… I call it a giant inconvenience. Much to my surprise, Frankie’s had their act together. Had I not been told that it was opening night, I would have never guessed. In fact, it was some of the best service and most knowledgable waitstaff I had on my stay in Dallas. Carly was our server and he knew the menu like she had been there for years, was friendly and chatty with our group of unruly guys(plus me). Great, great spot in downtown Dallas!

hell of ahhh space! Frankie’s is going to be the best place downtown to give you exactly what you need. Comfort food, beer on tap, great selection of wine, and some signature straight forward cocktails that will keep you unpretentious yet sophisticated on game night! The bartenders are truly passionate about what they are slinging in those shakers! The vibe and energy that Frankie’s puts out is exactly what this part of the Big D needs! doing it and doing it well

Great new restaurant/bar/lounge right on Main Street . They did an excellent job building the space out… there’s an upstairs bar and dining spot. As well as a few sofas for lounging. The Underground is a separate space but seems to be self sufficient with a full bar, TV, and more dining and lounge space. I live and work downtown so I’m not sure what one would go for parking… but this is a fun space. Lots of TVs and open spaces so you don’t feel too enclosed. Great Happy Hour prices with most drinks at $ 4& $ 5 and several food choices. Happy Hour runs from 4 to 7. Tried a few items on the menu… not excellent food but it was good. Owner stopped by and said he was still tweaking some food items so that’s good. I can see this as a great place for meeting after work as well as a weekend game. I’ll definitely return.
