Great sandwiches, staff not very friendly. Customer service is lacking! Having to ask for a bag for a to go order for several people and then getting a irritated look is pathetic. Will not be going here anymore!

Poor service. Ordered my lunch an hour before it was to be delivered and stated my order to be paid in cash and he brings no change. I now had no time for my lunch on something I expected to be done right. I called the manager on duty and was inconsiderate and rude. Never will order form here again. Read instructions that were given to you in detail.

If I could rate lower, I would. Aside from the higher ratings on some sites which are most likely from local store management or employees trying to solicit bigger tips, I agree with every negative thing said about this location. Today, I ordered online and tipped 20%. One hour later, I still don’t have my food. I called the store to ask about the status of my order and a very rude woman answered the phone. Without asking my name or confirmation number she told me it would be 30 – 35 minutes for my food to arrive. I responded that it had already been longer than that, and she simply replied that the delivery driver was«in transit». As I was about to ask her if they still had my order in the store(so I could just walk one block diagonally and get it rather than having to wait an obscene amount of time) she hung up on me. I am currently seeking a full refund because this kind of substandard service definitely doesn’t deserve a 20% tip. Looking at the number of similar negative reviews it would seem that this location would benefit from new management. I can say beyond a shadow of a doubt that I won’t ever be a customer here again, and I may write off Jimmy John’s completely after such a poor customer service experience.

Not very friendly staff. asked about menu wasn’t willing to explain when I said this is the only 2nd time I’ve ever ate at a Jimmy John’s. Can’t tell if they are open or not. the next guy didn’t get greeted either and he had to ask if they were open. it’s an effort to wait on customers here. Music si loud can’t here yourself think. Actually leaving with a headache! Management train your staff customer service lessons!

Visiting from Connecticut where we have a wonderful selection of sandwich shops. We walked there from our hotel in Dallas after a long and delayed flight. Staff was pleasant and our food was ready quickly. I had the Italian Night Club(italian combo) and my friend had the Bootlegger(roast beef and turkey combo). It was clear that this establishment uses quality deli meat and great bread. We noted on the drink cups that they had«exceptional delivery». A few days later we ordered delivery between a tight schedule of meetings. It arrived so quickly that I was astonished! Again, we repeated our order from our first visit(creatures of habbit). The delivery guy, Robert, was very pleasant. We had a good lunch fast.

Made an online order through my iPhone app. Order Number: 140926888. 2 turkey sandwiches and 2 bags of jalapeño chips. I was VERY disappointed with my sandwiches. Both were dry with turkey only, when I was under the impression that they would come dressed with lettuce/tomato/onion, like I have received in the past. I want my money back. I love JJ, but this experience has made me reconsider EVER ordering from you again.

When I order online for delivery and include a 20% tip prior to it happening, I would expect it to arrive at my door in a timely manner. What I got was a 35 minute wait, a phone call to the store asking for an update, a phone call from the delivery guy(from the store’s phone number) telling me he’ll arrive in twenty seconds and asking if I’ll meet him in the lobby, then another phone call from the delivery guy five minutes later telling me my name wasn’t on the call box, then an argument from him when I came out to the street and pointed out my name on the call box. Delivery is supposed to be all the way to my door, that’s why I got delivery.

Everyone raves about Jimmy John’s bread, but since I am on a low carb, gluten free diet, I got my turkey sandwich«unwiched» meaning it’s wrapped in iceberg lettuce instead. Love it! My only gripe was they have a very limited range of where they can deliver to even though I work just down the street. Would probably not stop by here often since parking is a nightmare.

I always order my #4 Turkey Tom online so that they can accurately take/read my order so that I’m not disappointed. When I’ve ordered over the phone, something ALWAYS goes wrong. And still, online, when I check the box for extra mayo packets under«Freebies» I never get them, and I also never get any napkins. C’mon now! Those are the basics! I like yall but get it together.

Rich the delivery boy was rude and refused to deliver upstairs. I had to take time from an important meeting to go down a get my food. I have ordered from this store before without issue. He continued to argue with me as I walked away. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Will not use this store again. Along with the 1800 employees I’m speaking to here in Dallas.

I love JJ’s. I normally get my orders delivered to my place, but today I decided to stop by in the way home. I swear the wait had to be less than 2 minutes for a complete order to be ready. Their staff is always friendly. I just wish they were open late.

People I work with like this place. I dont. The bread is boring, no flavor, to doughy. The sandwiches are unbalanced. For every bite your mouth has 80% bread, its too much chewing, not enough filling. Also, for a while they were closed a lot, either health department or code compliance or business reasons, but whatever, that is not OK. If you are downtown and need a sandwich, go to Which Wich, Lenny’s, Chop House Burgers, or bring something from home.

Rude, The manager lies, Incorrect orders and slow. The food is usually not on time and the drinks are melted. The sandwiches are usually or stale bread.

OK, I am finishing up my Dallas reviews. I have a few more to go. Chain joint in DT Dallas. There are a lot of options on the menu, but I didn’t want a «skinny» or «lettuce» sandwich. Then I spotted the«Gargantuan» at $ 7.75 — it had everything! But, I was still a little skeptical when I received my sandwich… It looked the same size as the regular sandwiches inside the wrapper. Then I opened up the wrapper and lo and behold: FINALLY, A SANDWICHWORTHTHEHYPE! It had a ton of meat, the veggies were fresh and it was good sized. The only downside was the bread — Although it was fresh it did not have any pop to it. I was starving by the time we had lunch — 2 pm — so I downed that sucker quickly. I didn’t even need chips to fill me up. If I worked in DT Dallas this place would be on my weekly lunch rotation. I didn’t give more stars because chain joints just don’t deserve them. I guess the Gargantuan goes to prove that«Size does Matter». — LOL

Get this! I ordered my sandwich, and then waited for my number to be called. I got on my phone, distracted as usual. And then I missed a few numbers, I’m sure. So when they call my number for the second time, I get up to grab my sandwich. And right before I get up there, some older guy grabs a sandwich off the counter and walks out of the restaurant. I ask her about my number. And she looks where the sandwich was. And I cannot believe it… someone stole my sandwich! That’s horrible!!! Well she made me a brand new one in 5 seconds and hands it to me. So thanks guys for not letting some thief ruin my day. And thanks for not making a big deal out of it. And I guess, thanks for giving to the homeless too! lol!

I don’t love many sub sandwiches, but I love Jimmy Johns. Love their good, fresh, basic ingredients. Huge fan of the Pepe #1, awesome ham and provolone cheese with just lettuce, tomato and mayo, it’s perfect. I’m also a big fan of their whole grain bread, which is very good with the Beach Club, turkey, avocado spread, sprouts, etc. This location was clean, not a huge dining area, but fine enough. Most of the staff seemed very nice, I didn’t love the overly obnoxious guy that was shouting to me about what he could start for me before I was up to the counter. Gimme a minute man. Wish they delivered over to Expo Park… but really, I’m just glad to have a Jimmy Johns nearby and there’s usually a spot to park for a few minutes.

I’ve been delaying my trip to Jimmy John’s because my workmates never want to go. The sandwich lover of the group contests the originality and tastiness of Jimmy Johns, and the rest of the group has a short attention span when it comes to sandwiches. Today, I had a solo lunch, so I seized the opportunity and went to Jimmy John’s. I get the most basic sandwich– Slim #1. It’s ham, cheese, and bread. I dig it. Yeah, it’s slim, cause there’s not a whole ton of shit on it. But it’s classic and good. These guys working here are friendly and fun. They got me my food fast, a free drink upsize, and did it with a smile. The last guy of the sandwich line did some fancy throwing the sandwich in the air as he called it out, before handing it off. Thanks guys! I’ve never taken advantage of their delivery. But no minimum order– they’ll deliver even just one sandwich.
