Super cool neighborhood coffee shop. The location is convenient on my way in to downtown and parking is typically pretty easy. Coffee is great– I just wish they served a larger size for espresso drinks.

The lavender latte is really good and the staff was very welcoming. It was a good place for studying but limited on table space

Great little coffee shop with an awesome laid back vibe. I switch between a latte and lavender latte, both are excellent choices.

Lavender Latte… is an excellent choice and a must try. Thought the lavender would be too faint but I was wrong. Friendly service helped me decide on which latte… this is Aplus!!!

The only reason I give this place three stars is because the place is pricey. Overall quality of the coffee is good but just pricey. I don’t come here much just when I want to. The staff is friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant. Yes I would come back here but not everyday or every week or every month. Just once in a blue moon.

Very nice quiet coffee shop with inside as well as outdoor seating and wifi. Great for studying or just go for no reason other than to get a Lavender Latte!

These people are serious about their coffee! Very limited food selection. Well prepared beverages, free wifi, laid back atomsphere all combine for an excellent hipster(all be it pricey) spot.

Very funky cute shop with decent coffee. I only got a cold brew. I like my cold brew to be «rocket fuel» :-) The cold brew here isn’t as strong as I like, but it was pretty good. I’ll go back and try the lavender latte that everyone is raving about. That is probably the way to go. If I like it, I’ll re-review and add another star. The 3 stars is just for the weak tasting cold brew. Staff was very nice. I walked here and suggest you do the same. There’s no parking. I suppose you could park along the main street if you find a spot there. Seating is also very limited, so if you like to sip coffee and work on your laptop this probably won’t be the place for you. The pastry case was pretty sparse for a Friday morning, so nothing caught my eye to try. I’ll give it week or two and check them out again.

A solid, serious coffee shop in Dallas. They know how to properly pull a shot and steam that milk with micro-foam for days — which is really all you need. Like most craft coffee shops, skip the syrups if you want to taste the barista’s true skill. That said, they have some pretty unique combinations(i.e. Jalapeño). The space inside is small, I wouldn’t go here if you’re hoping to stay inside or chat for a while. More of a stop and go situation. Highly recommend.

Had to bring my car into the shop in the morning, which was next door to Method Coffee. Stopped in and tried their lavender latte, which was tasty. Just a touch of sweet and perfectly creamy/frothy. Fast forward five hours. It’s 2:30pm, I have no car, and I am starving. There are absolutely zero restaurants open within walking distance. I am distressed. I resign myself to the fact that I’m going to be eating(tasty) pastries for lunch. But then a barista/hero offers to lend me his longboard to get some food. He didn’t even know my name! Being from LA, I’m always down to longboard, so I took him up on it. Mike, I’m eating this sandwich right now because of you and your longboard. You mf’ing rock. See you in 30 minutes so I can return your board. Tl;Dr: coffee is good, Mike is the man and went above and beyond.

Stayed in Dallas for a weekend and was FORTUNATE to find Method Coffee. Great hours, selections, and service! The baristas were accommodating and very personable on all visits. Thanks for taking care of our coffee needs!!!

Not a fan. I’m a big mocha guy and the mochas here are no where near good. Plus, to add to the attitude thing others have brought up, my wife was given the wrong order today, and when she told the short slim bearded guy about it he said«That’s why I repeatedly asked you»… He did not ask her or us anything. So my wife let him know that he did not ask her anything, he put up a fight. Can you believe? All for a crumby mocha. *sigh* This place could be cool. Dropping two stars for incorrectly correcting the woman I love most in the world, another for lack of a good mocha and leaving two for being an ok looking place that can be nice to hang at if every dang seat isn’t taken, which is usually the case.

I wanted to like this place, and maybe I would’ve if the breakfast taco I had wasn’t cold. For $ 3 I’d like a taco bigger than my fist, and hot. It looked and felt like it’d just been nuked for a few second. It may’ve been made fresh, but it was still cold. The coffee was good, so that’s a plus and the service was great; but I can’t oblige cold food. I can usually pawn off the price in downtown(rent being what it is), but not when it’s cold. it just pisses me off.

It’s a total shame really. They have the best coffee in town but the baristas can be jerks. I’ve had phenomenal experiences during the week when it isn’t busy… I wish I never went in last Sunday because it totally changed my opinion of that place. They were obviously understaffed and completely unapologetic about how long it was taking for each person to get there order. It wasn’t the machines, the people were taking their sweet time. I waited forever in line. Idk about you but I hate it when someone says«I’ll be right back» and then never comes back and someone else has to help you… When I finally ordered an almond milk latte, they told me no problem. Ten minutes later I still don’t have my latte. I’m asking them what’s up and they are giving me some major attitude bc they can’t find the almond milk. I would’ve just ordered a skim latte, no big deal at all! Why didn’t they as me sooner? I was feeling pretty confused at how they didn’t just ask me seeing as I was just standing there waiting. Anyway, I got my latte and left and I immediately noticed that it tasted like crap(completely unlike all the other times that I had been). I don’t like accusing places of tampering with the food/drinks out of spite but I felt like they gave me coffee with milk and not a latte. I mean it was gross. Really gross. Idk what is up with these people but they need to change their attitude. Another time I was in there, this employee was complaining about how someone was trying to order something similar to Starbucks. He loudly told his friend ‘if they don’t want our coffee they should go back to Starbucks.’ Like wtf is with the attitude? Some people only know Starbucks so why bash them for trying to upgrade their tastes with a local spot? It’s pretty messed up for a coffee shop to bash someone trying to buy coffee. No thanks Method, I’ve had enough of your bs. It’s such a shame bc your coffee is really damn good.

Pretty delicious coffee and pleasant service. Space is a limited though, so if you go at a busy time, prepare to stalk for someone’s seat.

Atmosphere: Hip, grungy, industrial Vibe & Product: For the creative coffee-aholics(jalapeño-syrup in your coffee, anyone?); tip jars on competing movie preferences(i.e. Star Wars vs. Lord of the Rings) Price: Standard for coffee, a bit high for food(two small beef empanadas were $ 5.50, ouch — but they were perfectly made) Access: tricky parking, small space, limited seating — this is the main thing that pulls back one star. If they can expand or establish another location, to ease the overcrowding of this one, this place would get much more love.

Great coffee but congested space. Seasonal lattes but not customizable(can’t swap milks). Plenty of seats but only 3 functional tables(inside). Quiet and tucked away, but uncomfortably small. In the end, Method is good but ________. Although, I think this would be a great place for an easy, low-key, get-to-know-each-other first date kind of a place.

One of the few cafes in the area that is open on Sundays! They have a private lot, but there are only 4 – 5 parking spaces. The place is not big, but there is ample seating inside and outside. My friend ordered the Jalapeño Mocha and I got the Pumpkin Latte. The mocha was interesting… it had a bit of a kick, but was not overly hot. The latte was pretty good, but I wished that the pumpkin flavor was more pronounced. I might go back and try their Lavender Latte next time.

I hate to say it but I’m finished here. The coffee is fine and the service used to be wonderful; it’s part of the reason I came in so often. Every time I’ve been in during the past month and a half it’s been progressively worse. They’ve had a complete 99% staff turnover(which is never a good sign. we all know that) and while the product has only dipped slightly the overall ambiance and staff vibe is a morning-dampener. Without intentionally putting anybody in particular on blast… Management needs some help. Try not to snap at your team-members in front of guests.

Method has some of the priciest coffee I’ve ever seen in the US. I ordered the Cuvée Black and Blue, but they were out of it on tap, so the barista poured a canned version into a cup. The nitro coffee tasted sweet and smooth, but $ 5+ for canned coffee was a bit of a surprise. I also tried a few sips of the lavender latte, and it was very sweet with a strong floral aroma: definitely interesting, but it worked. This is quite a nice place to get some work done. Even though the space is small, there is a good amount of seating and plenty of outlets. The wifi seemed strong and stable.

I came here and ordered a Nonfat Latte. The guy behind the counter replied that they didn’t have nonfat milk. What coffee shop doesn’t have nonfat milk these days? Needless to say, I left and never returned. I hope one day they’ll offer more options for their customers. Besides the lack of products for me to order anything, they have a hippie little patio that’s cool for studying or catching up with friends.
