Don’t do it. This is my favorite fast food place of all time, but not this location. Pick somewhere else. The «machine is down» so no hot food is available this morning was the last straw for me. Sorry, I find that hard to believe that on a weekend the entire store is shut down because if one machine. Heating up something is still feasible even if the grilled was down. Even if it was, I would find a way to provide something to keep customers coming back, a sign of good customer service. Gift card, free drink for next time, something besides someone with an attitude saying «we ain’t got any food».

I dont know why they have such a low rating. My daughter and I came at noon for lunch and we were helped quickly. The staff is friendly enough (I am not looking for a new best friend or learn about your Aunt Shirley’s new ceramic pig collection) they were courteous, polite and I received my food promptly. They did give me a bean burrito instead of the chilli cheese burrito I ordered but they came to my table and gave me the correct one before I even noticed! They also let me keep the bean burrito! Bonus star for that! I know they can’t resell it due to health laws but other places take it from you and toss it or an employee eats it — I’ve actually witnessed this at another restaurant.
The place is very clean and so are the bathrooms. I was only here half an hour but saw the lady come out twice to the dining room to clean and once outside. She also restocked everything which wasn’t low in the first place.
I would reccommend this joint to any taco bell lover!

Should have taken the clue from half full parking lot at straight up noon. Ordered 2 burrito supremes (lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese, ground beef & beans). They called my items on the order when it was ready. Looked closer to 2 skinny bean burritos. No cheese, no tomato, no onion, 2 tiny shreds of lettuce.
Don’t p on my shoes and tell me it’s raining. Avoid this place.

Horrible service. I honest could have just left from the attitude I was getting from this place. Yes I know this is a fast food joint but so is chick fil a and people have nothing but good things to say about them and thats because there customer service is one point. I don’t know. If your desperate for Taco Bell just keep driving down the street until you see another one.

If I could give a half star or no stars I would… This taco bell is the WORST. I’ve been 3 times and each time they can’t do something as simple as get a chicken soft taco right. No special order, no add-ons, no extras… One effing chicken taco. I’ll never go back to this taco bell. Severe lack of attention to detail… Or possibly illiteracy? Cause my order always «looks right on the screen.» FAIL.

You know fortunately I keep forgetting about this one. Seem to be having those taco loco’s allot these days. This one does them well!
They open at 9:30am! Something I don’t need to know and close at 2:30am or 3:30am yet again something I don’t need to know!
