Worst customer service Ever! You order on the app and you still have to wait forever. Today I watched someone order after I got there and get their order first. I also saw a woman come on for her order, which she placed online. She had a confirmation on her phone but the store had no record of it. Even after she spoke to the manager on duty, all they planned to do was make it then. No apologies, offering a discount, or even acknowledgement of an error. The customer left empty handed. I finally got my order 10 minutes later. Who knew that a Wingstop in Victoria, Texas could have better service than one in Dallas. There’s no Wifi either. If you want Wingstop, skip this one.

I ordered online and went into the store. Told the cashier #563 that I ordered online… told her my order. she can’t find it… she asked if I want to order and told her yes and repeated the same order… Wish her attitude was better and use those listing ears!

Apparently they ran out of wings late the night before. They called and gave us our order for free the following evening. Great job following up!

Expect a 15 minute wait if you don’t call it in, that’s understandable. But the cashier (girl with a finger tattoo), has very little customer service experience. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to teach all your staff English!

After having raw chicken at this location on two separate visits I have to give a 1 star review. Raw chicken is inexcusable and two times is not acceptable. I won’t be going to this specific location any longer.

I must say the service was great — they greeted you with a warm smile. The restaurant was clean, neat and ambiance is great.
Food came out really quick — coworker and I ordered garlic Parmesan and some cajun wings.
Cajun wings were overly mixed with vinegar and could not taste the «cajun» spices. It was no where close to «hot» — more tangy.
Garlic Parmesan was better but not best. IT was over done with Parmesan, like my wings were covered in snow. We had to dust it off with napkin — because it got too salty later.
My only tip is make sure to tell them light on sauces.
Overall this Wing Stop location is top notch with their friendly staff and welcoming dinning area.
