Great great wings. The origninal hot and the garlic are the ones I always get. Service is okay but could use some work. Call ahead and your wings will be ready when you show up.

This is a good quick lunch stop. The wings are OK although they tasted like they needed to change the oil. The sides were average also. All in all, not great, but not bad, just good.

I wish I could say something about the wings – but I can’t because I never got them. After ordering delivery, I received a call about 45 mins later saying they were«over capacity and getting ready to close» so my order had to be cancelled. I’m not quite sure what took them 45 mins to decide that… my suspicion is someone forgot to put my order in and they just decided it was too much trouble to follow through. If you can’t accept an order for delivery, then you shouldn’t take the order to begin with. Very disappointing. Bad service.

Horrible service. Called over and over and never had a phone answered. Came to order in person and the staff closed early even though the hours are listed on the door. Said the manager changed the hours and then the staff refused to give us the managers number even though I had previously talked to her the day before. Ordered delivery because it’s registered on Unilocal the day before and then called when my food wasn’t delivered and the manager treated me like a piece of shit and argued with me about my Unilocal delivery order. The manager should know this business is registered as delivery on Unilocal.Horrible experience at this place. Don’t waste your time.

2nd time I’ve ordered delivery and my wings have absolutely NO sauce! Not even a drop. So disappointed! You know that feeling when you are craving wings and will spend whatever it takes to get that satisfaction?! Yeah… my night’s ruined… especially since I spent 50 bucks…:(

I had a bad experience recently with to-go from this location. I know that the driving/delivery company are not actually Wing Stop employees and I ordered through Grubhub so there are several points where my order could have been mixed up with someone else’s. That being said, I was not upset about the food being mixed up; mistakes happen. I called wing stop and they must have been really busy because I was immediately asked to be put on hold and waited for 5 minutes before I got a real person. I explained to the person on the phone what had happened. He told me that I had to come into the store and they’d remake my order for me. I asked him why I needed to come to the store if I payed for delivery(there’s a $ 6 delivery fee not including the 20% tip I added for the driver). He basically repeated himself. I asked him if he could call the driver and explain what had happened and see if the driver could come back by. He told me I would have to pay for it to be delivered again or that I could come into the store. At this point I was pretty frustrated. Maybe I’m wrong here but I don’t see why I should pay for delivery two times because there was a mistake on another end, regardless of who’s fault it was this was just REALLY bad and REALLY rude customer service. He blatantly refused to help me and when I asked for a manager he told me that he was the assistant manager; but I really don’t believe that he was. I ended the phone call with«I’ll just call Grubhub«to which he sarcastically responded«Ok.» I work in a restaurant now and have for the past 9 years and I’ve never heard a manager speak to a customer in this way and I like to believe that I have good etiquette when on the customer side of things out of respect for someone with a common profession. I called Grubhub and they saved the day. Their customer service was on point. They apologized, made a phone call for me, and had the correct order delivered to my house without any extra fees. Thank you Grubhub! The Wing Stop food was good but not great.

This has got to be the worst Wingstop experience I ever had. My boyfriend just to go a 10 wing combo and when he got home the fries were all oily, greasy, and soft. It look like they literally just dipped the fries in a whole gallon of oil and bagged it. The fries were so nasty they were inedible. We only live 5 minutes from this Wingstop so the fries were already bad when they bagged it. It’s sad because that’s what I look forward to when we order Wingstop. Please everyone, DONOT go to this location if you want tasty fresh cut fries. The WIngstop on N. Central Expy. is way better! I am extremely disappointed right now.

I go to this location pretty often, and I believe the staff knows me by now. Since I live around the corner in The Village, Wingstop is definitely my go to fast food of choice. They are super nice and very fast with preparing my togo orders. With that being said, they deserve 5 stars for great service, crispy crunchy wings, and the fact that I have no one complaints about them!

What can I say, wings are always good! This one’s a 3.5. I did have an incident(Sept 1) which could’ve turned ugly without the supervisor’s intervention. I placed an order online(which I normally do) and when time came to pick it up, the order was not ready. They said they never received it. I showed them my confirmation email to which the supervisor apologized and informed me they will prepare it ASAP. Long story short, my order took about 10 minutes.

Went here at 11:20 to order something to go. Doors already locked and the employees literally laughed at me as I went to open said locked door. Not to mention they wouldn’t answer their phone. Needless to say, it was insulting and highly unprofessional. Won’t be having my business any more.

So Unilocal says they close at 12… I called at 11 to place an order for pickup, no answer. The voicemail says their open until 12. We drove in at 11:20 and the guy walks over, locks the door and laughs at us. Then all the guys mopping the floor start laughing. Beyond angry right now, if you’re closing early at least have the decency to tell someone, not ignore phone calls and lock the door. Laughing customers away…

Wings are standard wingstop wings. Every time I come to this location though the wait is much longer than expected. VERY frustrating

Have not had Wing Stop in forever so we went to get some boneless wings. And than I remember why I haven’t been back. overpriced nuggets look like bite sized popcorn shrimp. Go to pluckers down the street cheaper food better quality and the service is awesome. The bright side is they do make awesome fries when they are fresh and that’s almost never.

Out of most of the Wingstop’s I’ve been to, I’d say this one is one of the nice ones. Hasn’t been there for more than 2 years, so it’s very clean and tidy. Also, I love the fact that they sauce and make the fries as soon as customers pay so everything is still hot, and tastes fresh. Other Wingstop’s do not do this. It will take about 4 – 5 extra minutes but it’s definitely worth the wait. Staff is friendly and attentive, I really have no complaints about this location.

The wings were okay, the overseason them. Would suggest cleaning up the place just a little bit more. Service was regular. Would come back if craving for wings really bad.

Boneless wings are awesome. The sauces are great, the ranch is great, the fries are great. Is there anything more? I don’t think so. Mmmm

I love Wing Stop. We usually go to the location off of Abrams, because it is located a little closer to where we are. The wings are always delicious and the fries are fresh and hand cut. This is your typical Wing Stop. We usually order the Original Hot. I like boneless and my husband likes the classic wings. With the 8 piece combo you can walk out with a very filling dinner for two for around $ 21. We just wished that they had the cool drink dispenser with the multiply flavors and a ketchup dispenser instead of the ketchup packets. But that is really picky.

I normally don’t do reviews on chain restaurants, but in this case, I’m throwing four stars. Because they’re doing it a little different at this location by serving larger wings. The size you see at Hooters and some other places. Other Wingstop serve the smaller bite size wings. Don’t get me wrong, I love me some Wingstop, I eat there quite a bit. Basically you get the same flavors, but a little extra meat on the bone. I ordered 12 and barely ate them all. I wasn’t expecting that. As another bonus, they have large, fluffy rolls too. This store is a little different from the normal Wingstop. The staff was really friendly and chatted while we waited for our orders to be prepared. The store appears a little larger than most also. Bright and roomy dining area with windows wrapping around the room. It will definitely be on my list of places to stop when I’m in the area and thinking wings!
