Wingstop

This is the worst Wingstop I have ever been too!!! The employees are so rude, and the manager is rude as well. When I use to order here they never sauced my wings correctly, I don’t know about y’all but I love my wings saucy. It’s like they don’t even try. The service here sucks and if I have to drive farther for my wings I will because this place is not worth a penny.

Customer service doesn’t seem like a very big priority at this Wingstop, I arrived at 7:30 and was served an hour and half later. Also I ordered a 6 wing combo and was only served 4. All of the employees were distracted and were not one bit worried about the customers. I will not come back to this location.

Worst service ever, I called to pre order 10 wings the girl told me 20 mins. I get here and it’s been over an hour! Still sitting here, let’s say an hour and 4 mins to be on point!

Walk in with the family to order takeout. Been here over 50 minutes and still waiting on my 30 piece family pack! Very slow service! Will never return to this location again!!!

Pretty average food, not super bad not super good. If you are ordering here is better to order delivery or pick up, since is not a very comfortable place to dine in, it is definitely not design for that.
The wings were very average, not bad though!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for anyone, but the manager at Wingstop made me so angry that I felt like I needed to. I called to make an order of two 12 piece classic wing combos with 2 ranch sauces. No fries. No drinks. I didn’t ask for anything extra. Just a simple order. I go pick up the order and the cashier tells me that the total is $ 41. And I ask why bc that seemed like too much for what I ordered. She said I order 2 orders of friends and 2 wing combos. I told her I only ordered the wings and that the online total came out to be $ 25 for what I had ordered. And she still tells me that it’s going to be $ 41. So I politely ask her if she can remove the fries, which I did not order in the first place, off of the order. And she says no because they’re already in the bag. Ok so she wants to be a b? She can keep the fries and wings. I left and I do not plan on returning. The worst part of this experience is that I WAS DEALING WITH THE MANAGER. So s/​o to the manager for attempting to tax the @@@@ out of me and ended up getting nothing. Nice try.

This location is usually veryyyy slow. Last time I ordered from the line in the store, an 8 piece combo, around 230 pm on a Saturday, and it took so long I couldn’t even eat there I had to ask for a to-​go box to take them back to work. I have an hour break and the place is less than 7 minutes down the road… There were about 5 people in the store and 3 people in the back «working/​cooking.» Unreal it took so long.
The wings tasted fine and the frys are always good (with the sugar they sprinkle on em!) Nothing special, just pretty crispy wings. 2 stars for slow service, but even with great service it wouldn’t get more than 3. Maybe 3 ½ if it was an option.

Every time I eat here they’ve raised the prices and lowered the quantity of wings in the combo meals. I don’t know how this company keeps customers with this business model.

I was raised in Buffalo, New York where the original wings were born at Frank and Theresa’s Anchor Bar. Wing Stop has the most AUTHENTIC tasting ‘original’ wings I’ve tasted out side of the originals. PLUS they do a great job on other flavors. My second favorite flavor is lemmon pepper. And you dip your wings and celery in ‘blue cheese’ not ranch, for the orignal way of eating them.

It’s like this place. Where you can stop. And when you stop there you can get wings. Not actual wings that sprout forth from your shoulder blades and allow you to fly high above the earth and look down to pass judgment upon humanity. It’s chicken wings. Buffalo style. And in an assortment of flavors. Like hot. And very hot. And not so hot. Not to mention lemon. BBQ. And Cajun. And that’s not even the whole list. There are quite a few options. Not so many options on things like side dishes. Or even entrees. It’s pretty much chicken on the bone or off. But there’s an assortment of flavors of chicken.

The hood factor keeps me from giving this 4 stars. The food is always good just double check your order if your ordering to go. This place is always packed with people dining in and enjoying an ice cold adult beverage. The service at times can be hit or miss but we all know it’s not fine dining. I always call ahead and the food is ready to go when I arrive.
