thank you Lauren cause u are right I went today and no greeting nothing it wasnt until i tried to test the blush that a girl came running to me to help me but after that she was actually really friendly and nice… but I m not sure why they seem like they dont care it is eerie. But four stars for the cheap products and fair quality, I guess you have to chit chat with the service there to get a realy convo going other than that… it s an awkward experience

This store makes you feel weird. I went on a Sunday and there was no one else in there. It’s very bare inside. I think the space is too big for the small inventory that they offer. Also, the customer service was really bad… no one acknowledged me and there were 4 or 5 workers at the time. When I went up to make my purchase, no one said anything to me, even during the transaction! It was like the twilight zone… like the employees were zombies from another planet. If you’re an avid Avon customer, you’ll probably like the store, but for me it gave Avon a whole new unsettling vibe.
