Purchased gas and car wash, then got in long, sloooowwww car wash line. While in the line, the car wash breaks down, so we have to wait until everyone makes their way out of the long line, before we can get out. Then, when I requested a refund, I was told by the condescending cashier that the code would be good indefinitely, and to come back because she couldn’t give me a refund. I called the next day to make sure that the car wash was working before I drove all the way back, but nobody answered the phone. When I get there, there are three employees talking about their personal lives and looking at their cell phones — which explains why they didn’t answer the phone. Finally, I go through the car wash, and my car is still dirty. By this time I was so frustrated, I didn’t even want to deal with the employees, so I took off… and I’m NEVER coming back…

After contacting loop the next day on Facebook they apologized. It is a very busy place and I’m happy that they are looking into it. I also told them I had a video BC the cashiers let an employee in that wasn’t on clock to purchase an items, and customers were like WTF! But hey still needs to work on customer svc. Otherwise the ladies in the evening 500 shift are nice.

I tried this place the first week they opened and they were so lost and horrible!!! So I gave them some time and still they are clueless about everything! The only thing I’d go here for is the cheap gas. The car wash always is backed up because it’s always glitching. I just went through the car wash and my car is absolutely not cleaned!!! I came out and started to clean it myself with the stick cleaning thing and I thought to myself «fuck it why should I be doing this» I went inside to get the manager the first person I spoke to of course said that she was the manager. She went outside to look at my car she blamed me for the horrible car wash and said that I went through it the wrong way. She gave me another code to use but I did not have time to sit there another 30 mins for this shit show!

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR WASHED HERE, EVEEERRR!!! Worst wash ever, didn’t even clean my car after paying 9 bucks it still had dust and dirt on my back window and license plate, it has rubber brushes that ripped off the my trim piece around my driver back side rear quarter panel. Just overall shitty place to go too.

Cheap gas but I purchased a car wash while I was filling up and when I finished filling up they closed the car wash but I already paid for it. They told me to come back tomorrow and that they can’t give me a refund even tho I purchased the car wash while it was still open.

One of the cheapest Shell gas stations in Daly City and also very convenient place.
Plus, they have a pretty decent car wash. I was skeptical of using it, but it seems that they take good care of the equipment (still pretty new machine, so I’m not sure how well it will turn out as time goes.) I suggest having a couple of towels to wipe down the leftover water from the wash, since the air dryer couldn’t get it all.

Are you serious? After 10 pm no redeem the scratchers? I usually came here 11 pm and still can do that ! What a lazy white guy on 9÷5÷2015 at 10:23 pm !

Check your receipt carefully if you’ve purchased a carwash with your gas. The gas rate is supposed to have a 10 cent discount. Had to run inside to get a refund. And the wash was just okay. Doesn’t feel like the machine does a decent wax job.
