Use to be good, now it looks sort of run down and the price is high for the area, esp for quick viet food.

This place is actually called Ma’s Café now. It’s really confusing. The food here is ok. Nothing special. It’s more expensive than the other Phở places nearby. My bf and I ordered one beef combo(L) and regular beef bowl and it came out to a total of about $ 17. Each bowl was about $ 7.70 I will not be coming back here again.

Used to come here almost every week in the month of august their PHO is gude The only reason y this place doesnt get the last star is because it feels kinda old inside and tables are sticky PROS– service is quick, food is consistent, Orders are huge. I would probably come here again.

I never been here before but someone brought me back their Madeleines. OMG — it was the best Madeleines I ever had. It’s sweet but not too sweet — it was perfect! I love them so much that I tried to contact them to see if they ship to NY. Boooo — they told me NO! Damn it to hells! The lady then suggested I should get them at Cost Co or BJ’s! I told someone to go to Cost Co for me to buy them — either she was stupid or blind but she got me the wrong brand! The brand she got me tasted like boo boo! Me is sad! Lesson: If you want it right, then you got to do it your damn self! I’ll see when I head over to the South and visit a Cost Co.

Perfect for quick bites and to satisfy your sweet tooth. I live about a block away from the Sugar Bowl Bakery, and every time i pass by its always closed. Cops surround the area so its a bad place for drug dealers to eat, meaning i feel safe there, hehe. Now, on with the Food: Ive been there hella times now and they offer great Vietnamese & Chinese food, rice plates and Phở. Ive ordered their double shot of Pork, the Charbroiled Pork with Shredded Pork. It was tasty and filling and for only 6 bucks, i got my money’s worth. One of my favorite things about this place is that the tables are stocked full of bottles of sauces, from ketchup to pancake syrup to hot pepper sauce and hoisen sauce. The lady was real nice and the food came quick, nice and hot. This place is great if you just want quick food, nice people and its a great place to eat alone while reading a paper, no one will bother you. you never need to ask for anything since theres bottles of sauce everywhere, a big sliding door fridge full of drinks. I go here for the donuts too, but my only gripe with the place is its hours, there is so many times in the afternoon when i wanted some shredded pork but i had to settle with little hunan which is a block away. They close too early, around 5pm on weekdays. I give this place 3 stars, the food is good, the ppl are nice, but none of that means much when the place is always closed.
