Drove here to change my T-​Mobile plan from contract to prepaid, mostly because I hate their phone customer service. After waiting in line for 10 min the girl working there told me I should do it on the phone. I asked her a couple questions about my bill and she had no idea.

DO NOT COME TO THIS T-​MOBILE LOCATION!
1. It’s not T-​Mobile, per se.
It’s actually independently owned and operated by MobileOne LLC.
2. The customer service staff needs to be fired.
I asked associate Andrew for a power cable to charge up one of their many nonfunctioning display units; he didn’t do jack. So, we started walking out. As I’m leaving, this high school punk associate Kris yells out «thanks for coming in and breaking our display units». I turned around and look at him while the associates all started telling me to «get the fuck out of here». Can you believe that?!
My friends came back in and asked for the associate’s names and the manager’s name/​number. They refused to give us that info. WTF?!
So I tried to photograph their name tags. This ghetto associate Paulo steps up to me to attempt to intimidate me and tries to physically snatch my phone out of my hand! (Assault anyone?!) When I tell him to step back away from me, he presses in further saying «what you gonna do about it» and «you step back motherfucker».
Long story short. This place is more like a drunken bar full of high school dropouts and wannabe dj’s than a place of business.

I was in the store today for over an hour trying to get my phone fixed. After about 45 minutes, a few more customers came in and were looking at phones. They complained about the phones out on the shelves not working. An argument broke out. In the meantime, my representative Paulo was too busy shouting profanities and cussing at the customers, and completely ignored my issue. It took them another 20 minutes after that to get my phone working. I will never come to this store again.

This place has the worst customer service. Do not come here. Their display phones are all broken and/​or uncharged and when we asked for help the employees just shrugged. Since no one was going to help us, we tried to leave but on our way out the door, one of the employees said «thanks for coming in here and breaking our display.» What ensued was the most racist and ghetto encounter that is not worth repeating but suffice it to say, we could press charges against the employees of this store and we are considering it, especially since they tried to avoid giving us their manager’s name.

Horrible don’t bother going here! Bunch of snakes and lies all this time spent and they’re not even corporate! The activate you with a plan you never asked for. Don’t waste your time go to serramonte mall and have the corporate store by the food court help you!

If you are with T-​Mobile go to this location and ask for Asia. She is so awesome and was more than helpful. She completely exceeded the expectations of my boyfriend and I. She took her time, answered all of our questions and was honest. This location overall is super chill but get’s s**t done. Highly recommended.

This review is based on a very poor policy at this specific store.
I had planned on purchasing a specific phone and wanted to call to see whether or not it was available. I previously called other T-​Mobile stores, all of which openly expressed to me they had sold out on the device.
I then called this specific T-​Mobile store asking about the availability of the phone; they said they could not share that info. I didn’t want to drive all the way out there just to leave empty handed, so I asked if they could make an exception. They said no.
Needlessly to say, I traveled over to check. I wound up in and out in 2 minutes, empty handed.
Drop this pointless policy. It’s cumbersome for all parties involved.

5 stars just for the store manager, Alicia, being HONEST. She let me know the last guy who helped me at the Westlake Center basically tried to get onnn and give me the most expensive plan in Daly City hahaha uhmm… WUHDUHHAYL??? My plan was so damn expensive plus we bought hella phones, waaah! But THANK GOD I came to this one instead of going back to westlake to add another line for my grandma they were very helpful and I was greeted at the door immediately.

The store manager Alicia is very knowledgeable about the various plans T Mobile offers. She has a great memory of her customers and gives a personal touch in her service. I went to her a couple times and she always has an answer for my needs. I will go to this store whenever I deal with T Mobile.

The associate: Paulo help us with rolling eyes and bad manner if I’m able to give negative stars then I’ll give him –10. If the problem has resolved then it’s FINE, but the thing is I’m the customer I’m paying $$ for the device but not paying $$ to suffer shit attitude !!! Not recommend people going there unless you don’t mind paying for bad customer services. Especially with PAULO

I had to change my phone since my clumsy ass broke it! Good thing about this place when me and my husband came to this location, since its new you don’t need to wait long like some other places. Check this out, once I got there environment is clean, friendly employees and was well taken care of. I have been a loyal customer for T-​mo so I expect the best treat for everything. We got the manager «Alicia» and her staff name «Leo» to set us up with our new phones with the same plan. Good customer Service guys! We love our new phones!

Just want to give a shout out to the guy working on 3.29.15 at closing time. It was 15 minutes till closing. We had a phone not accessing data. So, the guy working there worked on the phone and told us to try going outside and see if it would work. He even mentioned that he will stay open for us to work on the phone. Who does that? Stay late at work on a Sunday night? Great employee! Employee of the month! Well, the phone didn’t work and we had to go back to him after walking 10 feet away from the T-​Mobile. He used his time to call up T-​Mobile and we texted to make sure it worked. It worked.
