Service sucks: we all know. Its like that nowadays… But what gets me upset is when ppl lie. Dude said itll be a 20 min wait… turned into a 45 minute wait(p.s.- no one was in line nor was busy)… Wth?! I was better off going to café boulevard. Food: cool. Love the boneless bbq(dipped in honey mustard) and original hot(dipped in ranch). Management-get it together. Make sure your ppl are fully staffed during prime time hours Employees– Dont be lying

Wings and Soda When you want wings to eats for any day or for a party, Wingstop has you covered. Prices are about right. Parking it very tough Wait in line varies because you might get no line or it be in a long line.

This is a VERY disappointing Wingstop. The service is slow, it takes FOREVER to place a phone order and when you arrive the order still isn’t ready, and barely ANY seasoning is used on the wings and fries.(If I order lemon pepper and Louisiana rub I expect to taste just that — if I wanted mild wings I would’ve ordered that). Just make the trip to Millbrae, much better and friendlier service and delicious wings.

First, I waited 25 minutes for my chicken. After waiting I got the wrong order. While I was waiting I tried getting ketchup, and it was empty. I went for the drinks and they were out of lemonade. Also, in the middle of my wait for the new batch I heard customers complain about missing fries in their order. Finally after a total of 50 minutes I get my chicken, 10 minutes before my 1 hour limit parking spot is expired. Worst Wingstop in the area!

Very disappointed. I love wingstop and this is the first time in 8 months that I’ve had it since I moved out here. Before I use to have it at least twice a month and I was super excited to have it today. Looking at it visually i can already tell that it was not cooked properly. When I took my first bite into the chicken it was undercooked. The skin was not crispy as I expected it would be. I did not finish my wings so instead I just threw it out. I couldn’t tolerate it. Very disappointed. Also, the fries were cold! Never coming to this location again. Definitely would have given this a 1 star however the Vanilla coke did not disappoint.

Food is always good, but they have the worst customer service and take forever to bring out the food. Workers were messing around and throwing things at each other 70% of the time I was there workers were standing around doing nothing.

I called and ordered it to go, knowing I was in a hurry. I pick it up, get to my car only to see that my wings are completely BURNT. Not even a little over done but completely BLACK. I’ve worked in the food industry and it just makes me wonder what in the world was someone thinking when serving this. It wasn’t even edible. And then when I came back to get it remade it still took 20 minutes, my order should have been at the top of the list. Can’t make it right the first time, not my fault. While I was waiting for my order to be remade I looked back at the cook who burnt my wings and he was on his phone. Very poor service.

Will there ever be a day this location gets my order right??? I arrive to pick up my phone order at opening. There was only 1 other person waiting so it’s not like it was so hectic that messing up an order is inevitable. I arrive and the lady repeated my order and mentioned potato salad??? Ummm no, not my order. I repeated my order and she acknowledged it was right. I paid. She forgets to give me a cup(I should’ve gotten 3), she only gives me 1 fry(I should’ve gotten 3), and although I confirmed I never ordered potato salad she still insisted I did and put in my bag. Let me add, potato salad was no where on my receipt. By the end of it all my food was cold. So frustrating!!! Over it. I’ll be going to the south San Francisco location from now on even though Westlake is less than 5 minutes away.

Angel was an absolute Angel. She greeted me with a genuine smile. I asked her questions about the flavors and not only did she answer my questions with enthusiasm, but she was sincere with her responses. She really guided me through my order and made excellent flavor suggestions. Daniel, the dashing young man whom she was working with, was also very friendly and helpful to my friend. They were both very awesome, and kind cashiers. Food is always on point of course, but my only complaint is THATTHEYDONOTHAVE A TIPJAR. Get it together wing stop !!! LETMETIPANGELANDDANIELNEXTTIME. This review was the closest thing I could give to a tip. Thanks again guys! Keep up the fantastic work !!!

Quick Review: This place sucks, worst customer service. I’ve been here multiple times and each one, it’s a 40+ minute wait and my order is always wrong. Also keep in mind that’s 40 minutes for wings… ya wings come on now. Food Ordered: 15 wing combo with fries(flavors: hot garlic and lemon pepper) Customer Service: the absolute WORST, management is incompetent and it trickles down to everyone else Ambiance: clean, tv’s good for watching games I honestly do like the wings, that’s why I come back. It’s a 1x per month visit because I forget how slow and horrible the service is but then i am quickly reminded. It’s like that boyfriend you shouldn’t be talking to but start and realize why you broke up. Ugh everyone knows that feeling.

Really upset. My boyfriend and I love wing stop and decided to try this location out. First time we ordered to go, they forgot to give us the sauces. So none of the food has any flavor when we ate it. We went several times and ate inside, and they would always forget to give us something, but it was ok because we were dining in so we could just ask for it and they would give it to us. Today, we decided to order to go again, and they forgot all the sauces. So upsetting, and annoying, my be had to drive down 15 minutes to go pick up the sauces, and when he got back the food was cold. I recommend eating in, food is good when fresh! And if you do order to go make sure the sauces are there, triple check your order.

Good foo, bad service. Called in for an order. 5 plain 5 lousiana rub 10 lemon pepper Large fries Original hot sauce on the side Came home to ALL original after they’ve repeated it 5TIMES on the phone and in person. Stupid enough for me to not look at my food. Careless work, and it was on the slowest day I’ve ever seen. Called in and no remorse or sympathy, probably because people call in just to get free food. He said to bring it back in, but ONLY to correct the prder, not even to offer anything with apologies of doing my order wrong. Wasn’t expecting to get anything free, but just to let them know to watch out for any other customers.

Honestly, this is NOT the best wingstop to go to. especially when they’re busy! I have seriously gave this location way too many chances. 1. I actually ate inside with a couple of friends one time, and I found a strand of hair on my wings, gross! 2. I ordered for delivery, they told us it’ll take«30 – 45 mins» mind you, it took a whole hour and 20 minutes! And on top of that, the chicken wasn’t even fully cooked. *gag*. 3. I ordered for delivery one more time, our chicken wasn’t cooked all the way… AGAIN, and it was drowning in seasoning and oil! Disgusting! Ever since this location got remodeled it’s just been going down hill. From service, to the food, and the cleanliness of the soda machine! I’ll just take my little chicken wing loving self to the Milbrae location, no biggy!

Not entirely sure what all the bad reviews are about. I’ve been here several times and more often than I have received good customer service here. The wait time can be busy on game days but other than that they are pretty quick about getting your food to you. The place is rather large with plenty of seating and lots of tvs — so great place to watch any type of game that is on. Now for the food, 8⁄10 the food is quite good. There have been times where my fries weren’t baked the way I wanted to and the wings lacked crispness or had way too much sauce on it. These things don’t make the food awful but they do make the food hard to eat. Over all the food here is well made, served hot and the taste is quite good. Ordering online here can be a hassle and I am not sure why, so stop by in and order or call ahead. Street parking here is a hit or miss but there is a parking garage behind the place that is free if street parking isn’t available!

My boyfriend and I ordered our food online to save time. We ordered it at 710 pm and it said it would be ready by 745. We get here and it appears that our order was misplaced or not printed out. It’s 815 now and our food is still not ready. Edit: we wound up getting our food at 820. The guys working felt hella bad so they hooked us up with a drink and extra sauces.

Boy, do I remember the first day this place opened. The lines were out the door, and they even ran out of chicken! Within the years, the place was renovated and expanded to now having more room and tables. Although it does not get crowded as it use to be when it first opened(now that there a more locations and competitors opened), the service and food here is always a hit or a miss. Depending on which time of day and the number of staff members working, this place can be really bad or rather decent. I’ve had some days where the chicken wings were good as well as the fries. And there are days where they are made extremely poor and greasy wings with barely any seasoning. I even had some days where they got my complete order wrong. The only reason I continue to take my chances here is because of the convenience. Some tips: For those who dislike the soggy«regular» seasoned fries, order your fries well done and they will be crispy and delicious! Sometimes if you order let’s say, a «6 wing combo», on a good day, you might get additional wings. They often don’t count the exact number of wings for each order at this location. You can add 5 extra wings for an additional $ 5 to any combo meal if you want to opt out on the extra side(they give A LOT of fries) and drink, etc for other combo meals(such as the combo meals for two) for less.

Just finish eating here. Wow, came with a group and surprisingly we got our food faster than usual. I think the food was quick because all staff wasnt on the clean up duty. Every table had a mess… the vending machine was leaking water like Katrina. I decided to add garbage to the table under me since all the workers were reallllyy high. I concluded this because we all got 5+ average more than our 10 piece portion. When i was leaving, i used the bathroom and holy molly, the ground was slipperier than the average jiffy lube. HOLDONTIGHT. DANGER. The crowd was quiet tonight so that was a plus. Overall I love this place because its close by and only one that is in the area. I come here too often and this review is below average of chaos.

My past Wingstop experience was once about six or seven years ago in San Jose. I’ve been on a wing kick lately and the roommate was craving Nation’s, so he was nice enough to go get take out from Wingstop this past Sunday. I got two orders of Classic wings($ 8.19 for 10 piece), both with two flavors, so I was able to sample four flavors altogether: *Garlic parmesan *Lemon pepper *Original hot *Louisiana rub My favorites were the dry flavors: Lemon pepper & Louisiana rub. The lemon pepper had a nice citrusy and spicy balance. The Louisiana rub, a nice chili cajun flavor to it. I wasn’t sure what I thought of the garlic parmesan. The parmesan seemed a little too much. But it mellowed out the next day. The original hot was boring. Tasted like any other buffalo wing. We didn’t finish all the wings on Sunday, so had the leftovers on Monday. The wings were so oily after reheating. I had to shake and blot off all the oil. These wings should definitely be eaten the same day they are ordered. Though that does mean you’re eating all the oil that came out of them. Not sure which is worse. Lol! For an average wing place, Wingstop is easy and convenient since they have locations everywhere. But there are so many options in the city, I’d rather hit up my local wing spot.
