I come all the time because it is close. It seems the big difference is food cook time and crunch on sandwiches. Just ask for«well done» on sandwiches and other cooked food for that crunch. Employees please slow down with service, cooking, talk to the customer and your business will grow.

This is by far the worst DD. The hashbrowns were barely cooked and both orders had BLOOD on the outside packaging. I was so disgusted I couldn’t even touch it, let alone eat it. Waste of money and time.

We are here ALL the time to pick up coffee. The service has always been fast and efficient but not the warmest. The customer service we received last week was beyond cold. I was at the drive thru window by 5:55 pm for the latte special which ends at 6 pm. When the latte was rung up at full price, I pointed out it should be on special. The cashier told me it was 6:01 pm and they would not honor the deal. 1.) It was clearly before 6 pm per my mobile phone 2). You are going to seriously not honor a deal you claim to have expired 1 minute ago! 3.) How short sighted can you be, not only did you lose this sale but countless future sales… We have not been back since this incident even though we usually stop for coffee most mornings.

Stopped by this location after church today. Ordered an iced coffee with my breakfast sandwich. It tasted so bitter I could barely swallow the first sip. I asked if I could have a different one as maybe the coffee at the bottom of the pot. I could see another young guy yelling in the store and waving his arms around at the coffee and then at us in the drive through, then he opened the drive through window and started yelling at me that the coffee is fine and he had been serving it all morning. When I asked him to give me different one, he reluctantly brought another to the window with a major attitude. I ended up throwing that one out too because I suspect he may have done something to it behind the counter out of sight and it was still bitter. I never was given a receipt either. The worst experience ever at this location and they lost us as customers after today.

As DDs go, this one isn’t the worst. That honor goes to the one on Wisteria in Germantown. The staff is efficient, but is a stickler for coupon restrictions, even when you can split the transaction with your partner and still get the same deal. It is also, technically, not in the Washington DC region, so all the ads you see locally don’t apply here. We go here, but only when we’re driving by. We definitely prefer the Woodfield Rd location.

Donuts were stale and the service attitude from the young girl behind the counter was appalling — she was checking her phone whilst she was supposed to be serving us. I’m guessing she’s the daughter of the franchise owner because no way any other manager would let an employee do that! Not a location we will be patronizing again!

This is one of the better Dunkin locations in the area. I’m not sure what that says — at least one of them is truly horrible. However, in general this location is fairly clean and service is usually friendly. At times the tables have been dirty, but overall it’s pleasant enough.

Came here one morning for a large coffee. Asked for it with cream and no sugar and was very upset to get to work and find that it had sugar in it. This isn’t really something I want to test before I leave as a scolded tongue is not something I really want to start my day off with. I kept it on my desk all day and stopped back off that night to replace it after I called the customer care line. The guy at the window just asked me when I had come in and replaced it with no questions asked, which I thought was lovely, as I had no receipt for my transaction(just figured it was correct and I wouldn’t need a receipt). The manager, Mark, emailed me and sent me a gift card for a free coffee for all my trouble. The customer service at this dunkin is always fantastic and they are quick. I stop off every morning and will continue to do so, especially after being made to feel like they really do appreciate and want my business. Thanks again Mark!
