CVS pharmacy

I was just there today. Everything is awesome. And Kasey one of there cashiers is pretty cool too

I used to use this pharmacy years ago and they were wonderful — but in recent events — they are horrible… horrible… horrible… and beyond RUDE!!! If I could attach my voice mail from Cathy that I received about a prescription being ready I would. It was horrible. I just called now and after being hung up on 4 times before I could speak to someone, both Cathy and the last lady were horrible. They want to blame their actions and attitude and horrible customer service on things they can control but don’t want to admit. They seem very short staffed and beyond unorganized. They need to remember out of all the people they are supposed to be help and be respectful — one of their customers may have just been given a life changing diagnosis and they should have more compassion or get out of this type of work.

absolutely awful service at the pharmacy counter. no communication between staff.
confused my insurance and prescriptions several times resulting in me waiting over an hour to pick up 1 prescription.

I have been using this pharmacy for 15 years. They are the best!!! Great service, super friendly and highly professional.

Great store! The staff here at super friendly and helpful. It’s easy to find what you’re looking for and they have a great selection of cosmetics and grooming supplies. I come here from time to time when my dog is at the groomers across the street and it’s always a pleasure.
