I needed cash but didn’t have time to go to the bank so I came here to buy ice cream and get cash back. Wish I had known how much of a hassle the next hour would be… and I would have gone to the bank and skipped this place. I bought ice cream from Lilia… and when I got cash back she noticed this and cleared the transaction from her end… then said I don’t have enough cash to give you because I just started… I use to be a cashier… not once in the 6 years that I was a cashier did I play dirty like that with a customer… not once… these things happen from time to time and what you do is you«borrow» money and serve the customer and deal with the hassle… you are the employee not them, it is not the customers fault you dont have enough cash. I asked to speak to the manager, she said she was the manager on duty… which I doubt but thats beside the point. Then she made me switch registers because hers wasn’t «working». And she consistently cleared out my transaction on her side because I consistently hit the option for cash back, entered my pin and then she kept pretending the machine wasn’t working and she did say again«I don’t have the money to give you cash back. I just started my shift.» Yea, I still don’t care but she kept clearing my entries and then blamed it on the machine, she thought I was dumb but I worked in retail before and I know exactly what can and can’t be done but she kept this game up for an hour and I did not cave… I went along with her game because I needed the cash back… like really. Finally, I asked if I could go to a different cashier… she declined and then a line got long waiting for ice cream so she had no choice, so I went and the Filipino lady helped me and guess what? Cash back worked the first time I slid my card… yeah Lilia, you should be ashamed and FIRED!

This pharmacy would not tell me over the phone if they had a drug in stock(I have a written prescription INMYHAND) because it is a «controlled substance.» I do not have time to drive around place-to-place when I work full time and have two kids to care for. Other pharmacies were able to quote me over the phone, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. #ByeFelicia

Toooooooo slooooooooowwww! I’m waiting for my refill for an hour. Actually, I already received the call that my prescription is available to pick up but when I came the girl said its gonna take 15mins. Well the 15mins became 1 hour!!! Geeeeeezzzzz Luis!!! I don’t wanna go back here!!! Terrible experience! If there is ZERO star that would be this pharmacy!!!

I recently decided to transfer my prescriptions to Rite Aid Pharmacy for convenience. I regret this immensely. Not only did they make it extremely difficult, they wanted me to do the legwork for finding out why they were having trouble with my insurance and then had a «whatever» attitude. I took my prescription to Target and within 20 minutes I walked out with my medicines. I am willing to drive the extra mile to get good customer service.

Rite Aid is awesome because of the hard-to-find cosmetic and beauty products they carry, and because most anything you buy there is of excellent quality. I however, never shop there for anything but the Thrifty’s Ice Cream because everything is outrageously overpriced. So many of the same exact items I’ve found for 50% less money at Wal-Mart, and it just seems so unfair to pay double. The steep prices at Rite Aid hurt this rating. The main reason I gave this place credit is because of the Thrifty’s Ice Cream inside and I believe it’s the main/only reason most people come in there. There’s about 20 different flavors to chose from and the ice cream is pretty cheap, but the scoops aren’t the biggest. This place gets a passing grade because of the ice cream.

I came here to get something form my grandma. They had it in stock and the cashier was very friendly. They actually didn’t have ice cream the freezers were unplugged but I didn’t ask why!

San Juan Capistrano is hilarious because they have two Rite Aids across the street from each other– maybe its because traffic is so horrible. Rite AId has the best prices ever on twelve packs of beer– so if you are headed to a party stop here. They have great beer too– Alaskan Amber 10.99!!!

This right aid blows a fat one. The staff always seems angry. They don’t take care of your insurance problems. I went there today and was treated so poorly that transferred all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy. On the otherhand, the Thirfty’s Ice Cream is pretty solid. And Maggie’s right. If you don’t like it then you must be a communist. so for the ice cream i will give it two stars
