There is something about the store manager that really makes people uncomfortable. Pushing to open their credit card to the point you have no choice but to say yes. In addition, I bought three cardigans that after a few washes got holes in them!!! got grief for returning and cold shoulder, very unprofessional.

The employees always have time to help you pick out the perfect outfit. The styles change very frequently but it seems that more frequently than not, something you bought last week for full price is already on the half price rack (!). I recommend using the frequent coupons that are sent via email and snail mail. Many offer 30−40% off one or more items. the «bling» is great. I get tons of compliments on the jewelry that I buy here.

This Ann Taylor location is in the middle of the mall (strangely not next to the Ann Taylor Loft location).
Well-​organized with just a couple of shoppers when I stopped by on a weekend, this location had a decent selection of merchandise. Some of the newer items, including ones on the promotion posters around the store, were sadly not yet in stock. Sales people were super friendly and helpful, taking time to help me find a pair of earrings as well as process a return of clothes I’d bought online.
