Awful service. Our order was incorrect. Cold food. My cheeseburger had two finger holes on the top of the bun. The bun was hard as it was likely under a heating lamp for awhile.

Very horrible service, employees are not polite and they BARELY spoke English! My order was wrong and I didn’t receive half of it. The place was very messy and understaffed. When they didn’t have a seasonal item that was on their menu they didn’t tell me if/or WHEN they would have it again only saying«we ran out.» I had to ask if they would have it later today or ever again. Why is it on the menu if it unavailable?! Take it off the menu until it’s available again!

Part of the order took too long to come out. Then my wife’s southwestern salad came as an Asian salad with southwestern dressing on the side and featured inedible slimy peppers. Try another McDonalds. The guy above who said they are English challenged wasn’t joking. My wife said Southwestern Chicken Salad 3x and the guy, right in front of her, kept saying«What do you want on the chicken sandwich?»

All the McDonalds in the area are owned by the same Corporation. This particular location is poorly staffed, poorly managed and often makes errors in the order because the staff is English challenged. They often give you the wrong order, or the wrong items for your order, and cannor get any special order(like no pickles) in the correct order. Their focus is only on moving the drive up line along quickly. Go to another location!
