I really like the pizza here! The people here are cool & nice. The slice is plenty !! I wouldn’t go there for the place’s atmosphere though.

Terrible. Ordered delivery while staying in a local hotel. Delivery man very nice. Delivered within the timeframe given. Chicken Parmesan grinder– chicken overdone, very little cheese, grinder roll was the best part. Garlic Parmesan bread– could have used more cheese, lacking garlic. Will not order again.

I have ordered from this Planet Pizza since they opened and I have never felt the need to write a review until today. Not only have they raised the price of their salads by 2 dollars but they have also reduced the size significantly. I can remember a time when a large salad was enough for two meals but apparently those days are done. I haven’t placed an order in awhile and it will likely be awhile before I do again.

Tried to do 0 stars but couldn’t.
Look at your receipt before you leave. They will rip you off. Went today for a salad. Was charged more than the price on the menu board. Only a dollar but it’s the principle of it. It was only a dollar but it’s the principle.
Salad was good but not worth more than $ 10.

Disappointed after good experiences with the Ridgefield Planet Pizza. Ordered the Grandma’s Pizza, my favorite in Ridgefield, and got a dry, over-​salted indelible pie with hardly any cheese and dried basil instead of fresh. They agreed to reimburse me with a credit I could use at the Ridgefield store. Won’t be back.

Has to be the best pizza place around had a couple of catering orders from them and everything was perfect. Got here right on time and helped me set up the table for my employees. Will order again.

Absolutely terrible.
I ordered a chicken parm sub. It was very skimpy, the cheese tasted like fake processed mozzarella, the sauce is jar quality and their excuse for «chicken» is clearly not fresh. It was rubbery yet hard, and I’m honestly not convinced that it was chicken at all. You will get better quality Italian food at Domino’s, as sad as that is to say. When i called to place an order they seemed annoyed, as if it was some odd request! I got a similar reaction when I went to pick it up as well. Very rude staff. I will not be going back and i certainly suggest you avoid it!

Unfortunately, I can’t give a rating lower than 1 star so I will have to rate it higher than it deserves. I ordered delivery today and while it did come relatively quickly, the order was terrible. I ordered a chicken finger club sub and I got fried chicken cutlet on a grinder roll and that’s it. No cheese, no mayo, and no bacon. How do you forget to add cheese, mayo and bacon?! Unbelievable. The buffalo tenders were good, but they leaked all over everything in the bag. I’ve been there before to pick-​up my order and the customer service is terrible. I walk in and stand at the counter while there is 4 or 5 employees standing around chatting and a few minutes go by before I have to say something so they’d help me. After several terrible experiences, I will not be ordering from them again and I suggest you don’t bother ordering from them either.

Decided to try this place since there was free delivery, so it was convenient… We ordered a large half plain half pepperoni pizza and decided to try the Alfredo tortellini. Felt it was very over priced for the quality. The pizza had little flavor. The Alfredo sauce tasted pretty bland tasted almost like a bottled sauce. Conclusion, wouldn’t order from there again even with the coupons they give out.

First off, I’m disappointed at this pizza joint. I use to stop by here to grab the combo meals during lunch, until I started noticing things. For example, when you look at the pizza window display what they have ready to heat up for you, you can see small fruit flies buzzing around in there! And their was one time when a buddy of mine went there to grab a combo slice for dinner, and saw the little spanish guy behind the counter dipping his whole hand in the marinara sauce bowl! I was ecstatic to catch that fool with no gloves and without washing his damn hands! Then the other guy who stands behind the glass window of the pizza that thinks his actually working, saw that I noticed it, he offered me and my buddy half off on our meals, in a way to keep our mouth shut about his employees irresponsible self! Well hell no, I’m letting everyone know, because I for one is not eating there anymore, and I want other customers to notice it too! Thank you and good bye.

Tasty, chewy crust. A huge selection of toppings. Fast delivery. The menu also has a surprising variety of other Italian dishes. The online ordering is a huge plus. We haven’t been disappointed in the past 2 years, ordering many times. Great local pizza joint. Not sure about the other reviews panning delivery times… Maybe it helps I live nearby!

I don’t think this place even deserve a star. My friends and I just ordered from here and 1. they were rude who ever answered the phone sighed when we gave our address for a delivery. We called back because we forgot to order somethings it was only about 2 mins after we hung up from them. They answered and was rude we ordered a large pizza 12 wings and mozzarella sticks after placing the order the second time we got hung up on. when they delivered the order the total came out to be $ 47.08. WE WERE RIPPED OFF and WE WERE OVER CHARGED! We were charged for 1 Large pizza 14.49 1 liter pepsi 3.50 1 24 wings 17.99 (when we ordered only 12…) and mozzarella sticks 6.29. The food was all frozen food and wasn’t even hot when we got it. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM HERE. This place should really get a new set of owners or learn how to make real food and have better customer service.

They have fantastic pizza. I love their two slices and a drink for $ 7.50 and their Grandma pizza is delicious. I get mine with grilled chicken on top and I love it. I live in NYC most of the time and havent found pizza I’ve liked better.

Horrible service! The food is not very good, the French fries were not even edible. Delivery took over an hour and they forgot to bring us half the items. When we called to dispute the order, the guy was rude and asked what I wanted him to do about it! I asked for the right food to come since we paid for it and that took over another hour– We live half a mile from there! They also tried to charge us an extra $ 4 when they brought the right food because they said we had been charged the wrong amount the first time. But could not show me any receipt. Don’t waste you’re time or money here!

I really do not like this place. I’ve ordered from here two to three times. First off, the food sucks. Really. It is bad. It has never made me sick and I’ve found no bugs, but if either happened I would not be shocked. Also, the person answering the call wasn’t super friendly, the delivery driver was a rude d-​bag (only once), and the food didnt come well packaged. But the 1 star is for the food. The rest of the problems just kind of fit in there with the 1 star review.

This is the second time I have attempted to get delivery from Planet Pizza and the second time we have not received our order.
The first time, they took 2+ hours and so I cancelled.
This time the driver called me 8 times — couldn’t speak English, and didn’t know the main road (federal road) which I live off of. I gave very detailed instructions but assume they should have GPS or no the area, very easy address. Then when he called super rude because he couldn’t understand. I ended up not getting any food or even a courtesy call from the establishment.
Much better pizza places in Danbury — we don’t need this one.

I work with teens and get their pizza delivered a lot. The pizza is good, but I LOVE their Tuscan Chicken salad. They don’t skimp on all the good stuff in the salad. Ordering online through the system they have is really helpful too — especially since I usually order a lot of food.
