What other store brings such joy to the hearts of our children? Shopping here is easy. Never had an issue with crowds or lines. Inside is a treasure trove of toys. Hard to not have fun.

I love Toys R Us in general, but I think this manager’s idea must be location, location, location. They are in a very busy plaza, so my guess is they do a lot of business, which is why they are always sold out of everything I need and the employees seem clueless (inventory control, people!). I live halfway between this and the Poughkeepsie Toys R Us and the one in Poughkeepsie is way better. I always go to that one instead. Which just goes to prove that management is very important, even in a chain.
