Service was slow and with no personality. Food came out cold like it had been sitting for awhile. First and last time to this location. Best part Manager argued with us as we tried to explain to him that our food was cold. Gave us a joke 10% off the bill. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I’ve been a very loyal customer for several years but NOT anymore! They have a Touch Tunes jukebox so customers can play music. I selected 4 songs I wanted to hear and apparently someone else was selecting songs as well. All of a sudden some JERK employee(maybe manager) comes along and manually skips our songs on the machine because he didn’t like them. So now because of this complete JERK crappy music comes on and I’m out money because you have to pay to select music. Thanks to that asshole, I’m NEVER going back! The music is for the customers, not you!

The hotter the better! Appetizers: Pretzels, fried pickles and cheese curds are my favorite! Wings: Asian zing and hot buffalo are my top two. Caribbean jerk is also very good. The Mango habanero(I think that’s what it’s called) is delicious but will clear your sinuses right up and have your nose running. Is it worth it? Of course. Best wings in my opinion. Sides: Fries and slaw are pretty good. Love the margaritas. Mmm. Overall a good place to go with friends and hang out. If you’re into sports this also seems to be the place. Staff is always pretty nice too!

Great place for lunch, if your in a rush, they have a menu that gives you options for a 15 minutes or less wait time. I was very sad when I went the other day and found out that the jalapeño poppers are no longer on the menu. For lunch I got the bbq pulled pork sandwich, delicious. Has honey bbq sauce, pickled red onions, and cole slaw. Really good. The potato wedges were very tasty as always. Good beer selection. Fried pickles were very fresh, nice and crunchy. waitress was kind and patient.

My wife and I decided to pop in on a slow Friday afternoon around 2:00pm. Once seated it took about 5 minutes to have someone ask us about what kind of drinks we would like. She took the drink order at 2:10pm and returned and we placed our order at 2:15pm. Around 2:45pm our food arrived out of the kitchen. Now let me say the food was mediocre at best and it’s really not hard to mess up a burger and some chicken tenders. But his food had no flavor and was a big let down. Plus why did it take over 30 minutes for the food to come out on such a slow day. All in all not worth it and if your looking for food go next door to Applebee’s since the food taste better and it’s faster service.

Such terrible service and food. I suggest management really looks into this. Because there are other people who are not happy with your service. I came here because I was craving chicken wings. Having been to several great BWW establishments before, i expected the same level of service and quality. Not here. The waitress took forever to come and take my order. Then forgot my drink. My wings came and I was so disappointed. They were super dry and the sauce was not what buffalo sauce should taste like. Once the waitress brought my food she never bothered asking about my drink. All in all, a terrible experience. I will not be back. Until I know it is under new management.

Two stars because the service was ok and the manager was attentive and seemed to care. As others have mentioned there is a funky sour smell to this wildwing location, its like an unclean locker room smell. The girls working the bar were jamming to club music that was way to loud. There are two parts to this review the one part is the location and individual franchise and how its being run. The other part, since this is a chain restaurant, can’t really be the fault of this one location, since all the food comes from corporate and the local high school/community college kid staff just heat and serve. This part of the review is all for the chain, the boneless wings are over breaded chicken nuggets, more breading than chicken and not very appetizing. The salad’s are hit or miss, both of ours had wilted greens probably dumped straight out of a bag. The chicken on my salad was a thin overcooked pressed breast that had no flavor. My fiancée didn’t eat much of hers, stating it had a funny after taste. We were looking for a quick stop before seeing a movie and I wish I had checked Unilocal first, I doubt I will be back.

Why? Just why? Why would you eat here? Only two reasons I can think of. Reason 1: You lost a bet with a Russian Mafia boss and defaulting on it would result in you swabbing the decks of a container ship bound for Valdivostok. Reason 2: You’re in the witness protection program and as a condition of your continued security you are required to work and eat at BWW. Those are the only two… ever. We went back for a 2nd time after the first time we walked out before getting our food because the waitress took our drink orders and never came back. This visit started poorly. There’s a certain odoriferous effervescence that eventually overcomes gungy chain restaurants. It’s kinda like a gym locker that was given a once over with sysco antiseptic. The waitress was… surreal. I’m pretty sure the language that she was speaking was English, but the order and syntax of the words made very little sense. She asked«Do you want the food to all come out at once?» I responded…“Actually if the kids meals are done, bring them out first.“ Her brow furrowed. «So should I bring them out together?» Me «Well, the kids meals can come out together, the rest of the food can come out later.» She smiled«OK! So we’ll bring it out together.» And she was gone. My wife and I shared a puzzled look…“I wonder what we’re gonna get? 15min passes while we stared the crusty drink menu and the Pork Bend Utah University football game on one of the 45 tvs. Our waitress appears. «Ok, so I’m sorry about this but I accidently threw out the 2nd half of your order. So… that may be a little bit late.» First dishes come. Over fried chicken nuggets and inedible«flat bread» Both kids ate some french fries and chugged their drink. 40min passes. 40min. During this 40min we hear our waitress screw up the table next to us and have a manager comp them their meals. Then we hear the table across from us ask to move because they haven’t gotten and service. The novelty of the«Star Wars» movie trailer has long since worn off for the 5 and 7 year olds with us. If the food doesn’t appear soon, I fear the worst. Visions of the Donner party are flashing through my mind. Alas! It’s here. Soggy under cooked wings in overly sugary sauces. Check please! Waitress accidentally dumps a tray of Sprites on a neighboring table, then grabs my credit card with her hands, literally, dripping wet. Just another day.

This place is a joke. They shut you off if your eyes are glossy?! I had 2 drinks with my date. This is a first. I’m just trying to enjoy UFC fights! I’m a very well rounded individual who honors and respects authority. But when you tell me my eyes are glossy and don’t ask why, you know, I work very hard all day, I don’t work at a restaurant which is like working at a convenience store btw, it’s so simple. This meathead could have worked a double shift, so, it’s like standing around all day, try climbing ladders and using power tools all day. Anyway, I may come back but it will have to be a day I don’t work my ass off so my eyes won’t be ‘Glossy’… moron.

Sat down at bar and ordered an octoberfest. Watched her pour about a 1⁄3 of the glass and the keg kicked. She gave me the unfilled glass of flat beer to drink out of while she waswaiting for the keg to be changed And put a glass under the wide open tap to catch every last drop of the keg. And when she gets back i tell her the beer is flat which it very much she says no it isnt and takes rhhe glass thats been settleing for 5 minutes under the open tap and she dumps it 8n my glass. OK. its not flat then, dont take my word for it. i hadnt gotten my food yet so i didnt make a stink because i didnt want a spit sandwich. Wouldnt have mattered anyways because i immediately got diarrhea upon leaving that horrible place. I will not be back.

This place has gone WAY down hill!!! This is my usual stop for wings and a bite to eat before or after I go to the movie theater at liberty tree mall. Unfortunately my last few visits have been terrible. I stopped in with my 12yr to grab a quick snack to take home after seeing a movie at the local cinema. It was around 9:30 on a Monday(school vacation week) and the place was dead. We walked in and asked to order to go and were immediately told to go to the bar to order to go. Right there I knew I should go some where else, instructing some one with a kid to the bar area were people are drinking is such a great idea. So against my better judgment we walked over and waited for about 5 minutes, not sitting standing,(as for MASSABC laws no minor can sit at bar where alcohol is being served. Plus I don’t want my kid sitting at a bar) until the bar tender finely acknowledged us. We placed our order of wings and waited… and waited. After about 15 minutes, finally sitting at a high top waiting, a server came over and asked if we wanted anything, we declined telling her we were waiting for our Togo order, she smiled and walked away not even offering to check. After another 5 minutes the bartender came over and said I just checked on your order it will be right up. Then 10 minutes later still no order. I looked at the bar tender told her we would be leaving and proceeded to the exit. While leaving I informed a hostess of my situation and to please inform the manager. She asked me to wait while she got the manager but at the point I was done waiting. I called the manager and spoke to her over the phone, she told me she would send me out vouchers for meals on her. I never got them. Thank BWs waited over 30 mins for nothing!!! I did eventually get the gift cards. Still haven’t gone back. Gave the gift cards to my friends. They went to Danvers, same thing. So they went to Saugus with the gift cards lol. To bad.

Don’t come here for lunch and sit at the bar. Three times now, I’ve done this and been extremely disappointed. The food is good. The atmosphere is fine. The real problem is that the bartenders have a friend or two sitting at the bar and all they do is talk with them. For example — I’ve actually typed this entire review on my phone waiting for«Lea» to stop talking to some guy long enough to come and grab my card. I know more about this bartender then I do my own wife at this point. I understand that being friendly is part of the job — but not at the expense of other customers. It may actually be better here when there are large crowds — it would force the staff to actually work.

Potential customers, don’t have high expectations for this place. I had seen signs for this chain in my travels, and wanted to try it after driving past this particular location. The service was extremely slow — I waited over forty-five minutes for an order of a dozen wings. That’s insane. Only reason I waited that long is because I had a movie showing at 11:00PM that night at the AMC theater in the mall and didn’t feel like driving home to wait. Also, there was a fantastic Sox game on — can’t imagine that I would’ve stayed sane without it as I sat at my table for that amount of time. So, I just waited and waited. When the food finally came out, it was fairly good. Again, it’s just a wing place, so if you’re in the mood for wings, go for it. Just don’t expect five-star restaurant food. My waitress was pleasant, I could tell she was trying to be overly nice so that I wouldn’t get frustrated with the wait time. The wing taste is the reason that I’m giving it two stars instead of one, but that’s as high as I’ll rate them. Definitely won’t be bringing my wife here.

Food was cold, server was slow and unaware of our presence. Not attentive. Just overall a very poor experience, drive to the one in Newington for a good experience in my opinion. Update: I’ve been on the toilet for the last 30 minutes and vomiting that lovely cold undercooked meal. Thanks a lot Buffalo Wild Wings! You stink!

Ok let’s be honest: this is Buffalo Wild Wings, as a restaurant they’re probably about a 3, 3.5, but my experience was a 4. I mean it’s wings, and beer… it’ wouldn’t be fair to judge them on much else on the menu, I wouldn’t bring down Shaq’s overall rating as a player because he can’t shoot 3’s. Their mango habanero sauce is a great blend of spice and sweet, and I enjoyed the desert heat dry rub so much I picked up some to take home. The wings were tasty, the TV’s were on, and the beer kept coming when ordered. I can’t give that a 3 if I tried. Beer specials were Magic Hat & Coors Light(ick), but if you walk up to the bar you’ll see a few decent craft surprises that aren’t bad for someone who is a beer snob. Chris our waiter was on some next level business. This kid was good. Always polite, always came back to check on us(and the place was a mad house). Chris is Mr. Rodgers standing on a timex; he’s nice, and he’s on time(I was reaching; I’m sorry). King Eat

I Like their sauce selections but my husband cant take the heat so I have to suffer my hotness! The service was excellent she went beyond to get the prices of the sauce bottles, understood can’t have the stroller but my son is sleeping in it so they make exceptions and she was very nice! Honestly, I like eating their chicken but other foods not so much! Alcohol drinks are fruitier and yummier! :)
