Total Entertainment, total pros! We hired Total Entertainment for a bouncy house for my daughter’s fourth birthday. We got great service, a super rate and a very clean product that was easy for us to assemble. As an event planner, I went back to Total Entertainment looking for some support on an outdoor fall event. They were so generous in donating a few games to an event to benefit the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s. I know children that come to our event will benefit from this gift. I would recommend Total Entertainment for all your event needs. Great people. Great service.

At the time of reservation, the staff was not knowledgable about their equipment and over charged for delivery. Delivery was almost the same price as the bouncy house rental from Liberty St Danvers to Endicott Park Danvers.
On the party day, delivery of the equipment was late. We had an agreement for same day delivery for 7p before the park closed and the delivery team never showed up or contacted us. After several calls to the office, we were only able to reach a message service. We were never contacted by the company the next day.
The only positive thing I can say is the equipment was in good condition and clean.
But the service was horrendous and unexceptable when your planning a kids party and hire a «professional» company.

I have 3 kids, and we live in «kid central» so anytime we have a big party — we call Rich and his crew at Total Entertainment. For the past 5 years we have been renting their awesome bounce houses. Even though they are in Danvers, and we are in Waltham, they show up with their cool trucks and unload and setup for us. We can’t say enough about the quality of the bounce houses, the delivery process, and every single person that we’ve dealt with — from someone in the office on the phone, to the delivery guys (the day they deliver — they are the BEST people on earth. The day they pick up, not so much ;)). Even Rich, the owner, is accessible and kind. I’ve recommended them to friends and am happy to say that I’ve just booked them for another party this fall. Competitive pricing, great service and a fantastic product. I couldn’t ask for more !

Attended an event for a friends party. The staff was great, but the owner didnt follow up on the fact that there was no real money being exchanged for the «casino» night, and therefore did not need a license. They cancelled the event 24hours before, and then after much talking, came back, increased the price and shortened the amount of time that the staff would be there. Not professional at all. Its a shame since the staff did a great job with the last minute cancellation and then re-​booking.

I used Total Entertainment on very short notice for a birthday party at my home. I rented tables and chairs and a bouncy castle. They were incredibly professional, the communication was outstanding, and the bouncy castle was a HUGE hit. I was really pleased with the service and the products, and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a party really special.

The following events all took place in one night:
1) John R. held Scott B. up in a stadium packed with thousands of their feisty, screaming fans… clearly hungry for more!
2) Shannon F. and Scott B. were caught by the paparazi moonlighting in a foreign city, under the light of the PBR TallBoy Building.
3) Shannon F. and Jennie B. were caught on a date (on the same night)… (under the light of the same building)… (ho…)
4) The Gay Unilocalers were snapped in a photo shoot for the covers of both People AND Sports Illustrated Magazines!
So, a lot more pictures were taken… and they were all free.
Total Entertainment is a company that will come to your event and provide various computer-​based backgrounds for pictures taken on the spot in front of a green screen. They curtail the products offered to the needs of your event.
For the attendees of the event — the pictures were free… (i’m sure the loot was dished out at some point for this service — but it sure made Pabst look good)
